Caiyun Jiayuan Hotel (Kunming Moma) Reviews

The location is close to the Kunming Train Station. I had an early train to catch, so I chose this place for the location and washing machine. Place is easy to find. Checking is easy. Room spacious. Staff extreamly nice and helpful.

Hotel is just average. The beddings are not very comfortable.Good for solo travelers & budget travelers. You just can sleep there . Expectations vs reality is different. They will ask for a refundable deposit when you check-in. They arranged us a taxi to the airport early in the morning. So the customer service is good . Just so so.

The location close to the underground.

Very well located, at five minutes of subway stop.The flat is large, has a fridge, a comfortable coach. The flat is not very clean, but it has a beautiful view, especially in the night.

Trash room

The service attitude at the front desk was very good. They picked me up when I couldn't find it. However, the hygiene of the room was very poor. There was a big spider stuck in the spider web in the bathroom. It was quite scary. The table where things were placed was not wiped clean.

Both mattresses in the room were sagging, and there was no good spot. I slept there for a night and my back and waist were sore. I really regretted staying here. How could you run a hotel with such a bad mattress? The mattress was at least 10 years old. Only when you sleep on it yourself can you understand the poor quality. I hope the store will not abuse your customers, because you will not have repeat customers.

The room is next to the Magic Horse Building. The hygiene is very worrying. There are many cockroaches. The room is quite different from the photos. A word of advice.

Friendly reminder, it is completely different from the one in the photo. I wiped the sink mirror lightly with a paper towel, and there was a layer of yellow dirt on it. The mirror was so dirty that no one could see it.
