有一説一
1.熱水出水速度非常之慢，開房沒有前台，都是遠程對接。
2.房間地毯煙頭三處地方，兩處的確是自己不小心弄到的，但是另外一處之前入住人弄壞的算到本次入住頭上，強行收取所有按金着實非常不合理。
3.客服態度語氣強硬，一開始聊天就先説賠償，作為服務行業最基本的溝通方式都能把天聊的非常尷尬，開頭就給人非常不舒服的感受，沒有任何緩和的餘地。
4.作為線下經常參加黑桃活動的客户，基於本班次客服人員的溝通方式，好感度直接為0。
5.停車場停車需要收費，不像其他酒店停車free。
6.酒店不提供一次性拖鞋，吹風機三孔🔌，插座居然是在馬桶旁邊，洗手枱旁邊的插座都是兩孔，基礎設施不到位。
關於酒店的設計感的確很小眾，作為攜程首條酒店1分差評，更多的給到本班次工作人員的溝通方式與服務態度。

房間特別暗，一進門一個假的大毒蘑菇，還一股脂粉味，通風效果不好，絨布太多感覺衞生不行，容易藏灰，一晚上嚇得不行，再也不會住了
