Good time  Friendly staff  Good location nice room  Breakfast was always cold though, and noodles were vile

Great location near the city centre. The staff are very helpful with queries. The gym is quite small but for a hotel gym is better than many others since it has a pool as well. Considering it's a 5 star hotel it does feel a little old but the rooms are spacious and is very clean. Would recommend.

I've stayed in nicer 3 star boutique hotels than this supposedly 5 star hotel.

Room is large and well equipped. Housekeeping very efficient. Gym small and the guy on the front desk is awful and needs replacing. Breakfast great but only one coffee machine. Location good can walk to Plaza 66 for good restaurants. Worse thing at the hotel is smoking is allowed in All areas-so you eat and sleep in a fug of second hand carcinogens. Yuck Eric Zhang on front desk did not bother to greet me in any way, kept his head down and avoided eye contact 5stAr? Nope

I didn’t even show up to this hotel. My plans changed and I was unable to cancel or change this booking to a later day. Just writing this hotel for the trip coins.

Hi, we stayed three nights at the hotel including three breakfasts. Breakfast was good and some delicious local food. The international food was ok. Service was great and very helpful and supportive.

excellent helpful staff in front desk, follow up work after check in. choice of message bed was a new experience. location is good to go shopping mall n old street area. shall stay the same hotel next time in Kunming.
