Thank Inn Hotel (Chenggong University Town South High-speed Railway Station) Reviews

We booked this hotel last minute and stayed for a few hours because we landed in Kun Ming at 12am, and our train to Dali is at 7am. The hotel was very near to the railway station and  they even provide us a free ride to the railway station. The room was smart, clean, and comfortable. Overall, everything was good. 

Unfortunately although the hotel is “non-smoking” the staff was smoking in the lobby and the elevator had a strong smoke odor. It’s just not considerate of all their guests.

New and modern hotel, very convenient if you have to take the fast train. Excellent value for money, nice bars and restaurants nearby.

Staff does not speak english. Some room are smoking room. Smells smoke in the room. Free shuttle to railway station west.

Cozy, comfortable, and clean boutique hotel with numerous nearby restaurants and eataries. Friendly hotel staff that's willing to help. It has a very nice breakfast. However, not so pleasant is the cigarette smoking smell if you are allergic to cigarette smell. Even in the hotel restaurant there are guests smoking while eating at the table. The hotel staff need to enforce no smoking and tell people not to smoke in such places. Even in elevator, there are guests smoking. No good to have a no smoking sign if you don't enforce it. Other than the smoking smell, it is a good place to stay.

If you need a hotel (very) close to Kunming nan train station you can’t do better than this. The facilities are brand new and in tip top condition and the bed was just wonderful after a long day traveling. The staff were really great very efficient and friendly and the drop off service is ideal. I can’t recommend it more. Tip: make sure your taxi driver really knows where it is. Maybe because it’s new mine didn’t and took me completely in the wrong direction. The ride from the station to the hotel should cost a bit more than 10, no more the young lady at the desk said. Definitely a five star review!

It's clean, the service is good, and the whole house is smart, which is very convenient. 👍🏻. The surrounding area is also very good. The university town is very lively. It only takes five minutes to walk and everything you need is available. Breakfast was also good. The most important thing is the pick-up and drop-off at the train station, which is so considerate, and the price is unexpectedly good. Big thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The newly opened hotel is quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle. It is convenient for eating and shopping in the surrounding area. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the delivery service is good. I am very satisfied. Some suggestions: Open more windows for ventilation and put more green plants. There is still a smell in the room decoration.

It’s okay. Seventh Street is downstairs and Kunming is opposite. I’ll go back to my alma mater with my friends during the holidays.

The location is behind Baizhiying. There are few cars and people. I didn't feel noisy even if I lived on the second floor. There is a snack street next to it. The room is clean and spacious. The boss is enthusiastic and the price is high.

The hotel has a grand appearance, a quiet environment, and excellent air quality. The hotel waiters and cleaners have a superb service attitude. The public facilities and room facilities are very new, simple and elegant, easy to use, and generally comfortable. I highly recommend it.
