我於6月6日晚上入住後點了外賣，但外賣被該公寓的一位“常住客户”拿走（公寓管理人員稱其是“拿錯”）。暫且不論是否故意，7日中午我就此事向管理人員反映，對方隨即調取了監控，並一眼認出是誰拿的。然而，從6月7日到14日凌晨，整整一週都沒有任何處理結果。我再次詢問，衹被告知“等我一下我問我同事”。
直到6月19日仍沒有任何進展。我再次催問，管理人員卻回覆：“聯繫不上對方。”這讓我無法接受：
如果你真的聯繫不上這個人，當初你是如何一眼就能從監控中認出是誰拿的外賣？如果此人不是公寓的常住客户，你不可能記得如此清楚；
更何況，據我瞭解，公寓目前衹有2樓是日租房，其餘樓層均為長租客户。而這位自稱“拿錯”的人並非住在2樓，也就是説，他顯然是“常住客户”，你不可能聯繫不上。
所有跡象都表明，該管理人員從一開始就知道是誰拿的，也知道如何聯繫，但始終沒有采取任何實質性處理措施。直到我表示要把整個事件經過如實陳述，公寓才在事發12天後突然提出解決方案——賠付給我。 時至現在我也未要
這樣的拖延與敷衍，是否可以稱得上是對客户問題的負責態度？

位置非常方便，就在地鐵旁邊，出了地鐵口也就走2分鐘就到了。酒店公寓的設計一看就是為年輕人創業準備的，房間裏沒有電視或投影，但是卻有長期創業的辦公設備。很贊！
