Because of the good reviews, we chose this northernmost hotel in Okinawa, even though it was December, and arrived while enjoying a drive. However, perhaps due to a system error, the reservation details made through Trip.com did not include use of the club lounge, and there was no valet service, so we had to go to and from a distant parking lot in the cold. It had nothing to do with us as guests, but the front desk staff in charge seemed dissatisfied with the matter after checking, and the only thing they did was a businesslike exchange without any hospitality, which was lonely. Also, perhaps by coincidence, another person who was driving the guest cart back and forth in the rain was driving recklessly, and my husband and I exchanged glances. (The cart staff are usually considerate and kind.) The hotel was brand new when we arrived. It was very clean and perfect for our family (2 adult + 1, 3 year old child) The bed was very big and the bathroom has a bathtub. We enjoyed the area as it was quiet and in the north of Okinawa.
