I had been planning a family trip for some time, and I’m so glad we chose your hotel. You made our stay truly memorable from start to finish. Altamesh at the reception gave us a wonderful start (I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly), and everything afterwards was equally delightful. Special thanks to Ashish and Alvina for their kindness and for ensuring that we ended our stay on such a positive note. The rooms were spotless, the facilities excellent, and the restaurants provided a great dining experience. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our trip so special.

We stayed at Radisson Hotel Lonavala for two nights and the experience was disappointing. On the first day there was a strong drainage smell in the bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned it but the smell continued the next day as well. When we complained again, we were shifted to another room. Unfortunately that room had a blocked basin which the staff fixed quickly, but ideally such issues should have been checked before shifting us. When we gave this feedback to the manager, she explained that the smell was due to the wooden construction of the hotel and the rains. As a gesture she offered us a late checkout till 1 pm, but we had to leave early and in any case we did not see how this was a logical or useful solution to the problem we faced. For the premium price we paid, we expected a more comfortable stay. The staff was polite and tried to help, but the room conditions really need serious improvement.
