Excellent Service All Around Your Dining Area. Each and Every Attendant gave Superb Service, especially Ms Alvina , Govind, Marudulla , Prapti , always Very Courteous Service With Smile and with Efficiency.

Excellent trip and the property was good. The food was delicious. The staff was very polite. The play area was fantastic and the garden was awesome. The hospitality was up to the mark. The ambiance of the roof top restaurant is amazing.

It was wonderful anniversary stay at Radisson lonavla.. Staff is very helpful..specially Altmash was very confusing operative and helped in smooth check in check out.

Disappointing trip to a 5 star resort. The rooms were disappointing (cockroaches), the food was disappointing (undercooked chicken and salty food in room service) and some of the staff showed plain arrogance. A disappointing weekend for all 4 families who planned this trip with their children 3 months in advance.

Very good location and design. Excellent staff and great food. Rates at the Spa were on the very high side. Overall a delightful experience

The hospitality is pathetic. Manager n staff don't hv etiquette. Food has no taste with only oil floating on top. Just disappointed with stale breakfast.. possible they just mix the previous day food with freshly made. Check out time they hv is 11am. On check out day by 11:05 we received call to vacant the room as early n by 11:15 again we received the call stating that if not checking out then for the whole day will be charged n they r sending the invoice in 5 min. Top of we where there for our close family wedding. Any hotel provide an hr extra if requested. They don't feel sorry for their misbehaveior or food quality complain. Staff don't hesitate using rough words or having argument. really disgusting Not at all recommended property.
