The most striking flaw was the lack of cleanliness in the rooms. Upon checking in, we discovered that the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Stains on the bedding, dust on the furniture, and a musty odor made it evident that proper housekeeping standards were not maintained. Given the price point and reputation of Fariyas Resort, this level of negligence was unacceptable. Even after notifying the staff, the response was lackluster, and no significant effort was made to rectify the situation promptly. The dining experience at the resort also left much to be desired. During the buffet, there was a noticeable lack of supervision, leading to several disturbing instances. Most concerning was the sight of unsupervised children putting their hands directly into food dispensers, causing hygiene concerns. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, there was no immediate action taken to ensure better monitoring or uphold basic food safety standards. For a property of this stature, such lapses are not just disappointing but also unacceptable, especially given the current emphasis on health and safety. The overall attitude of the staff was another major letdown. From the moment of check-in, there seemed to be an air of indifference among the team. Requests for basic services were either ignored or met with significant delays. For instance, it took repeated follow-ups to get fresh towels, and the lack of attentiveness extended to other aspects of service as well. The staff's behavior at the reception was particularly discourteous, which set a negative tone for the stay. Amazing service, food and resort. Loved the fact how each staff cared personally about your stat and service was very prompt

An almost a 4 star hotel with basic resort amenities. Huge breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet consisting of world cuisines. Main attraction is indoor pool and water slides. Good monsoon views from top floor. The staff and the service is very good and at times prompt. A play area for toddlers can be accessed with extra fees. The hotel has a tavern, a cafe and a restaurant which are good as well. Definitely, Fariyas is a good place to hangout with family.

As always it’s a great place to stay and great for kids. Will always want to come back to this place. Keep doing g what you are doing well.
