Nununi from Glass Cafe served us really well through out our visit to Fern Lonavala She was extremely sweet and graciously attended us The food was good but Nununi’s service made our experience even better Not just us she was attending everyone with positive energy and always kept a smile Chef Chandrakant was great he custom made the food which we did not like His food was terrific

Mr Akash Rokhade the manager was really helpful and welcoming He ensured we checked in with ease and provided with refreshments while we waited as it took long for the room to be vacated He helped with my further travel journey also and guided us thoroughly

Management review- poor We did booking from Agoda for Hazel suite room for weekend stay! After reaching hotel, front desk kept us waiting for 30+min as they had no such booking in their system and they were checking after taking details from us. After the long wait, room was allotted. Being weekend, management should be aware of guests coming to breakfast! We were at 9 am for breakfast and there was no place to sit. They made the guests sit in parallel restaurant! All that we ordered from live counter did not reach us inspite of waiting whole time. After asking the service staff he said there are too many guests so live counter is busy. Its disappointing to encounter such experience after specifically choosing best hotel in Lonavala. Good takeaway- Suite room is excellent with amenities! Restaurant Room service and food quality is also excellent

"As a guest, I attempted to visit the hotel area to meet my friend, who is an employee, for lunch. However, the security personnel refused to allow me entry, leaving me stranded outside in the rain. This experience was unacceptable and disappointing, especially considering I was a legitimate visitor with a valid reason for being there."

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the room conditions. The first room I was given was in terrible shape—it was stinking, and the overall cleanliness was subpar. I requested a room change, and although the new room was slightly better, it was still far from ideal. Unfortunately, since my booking was non-refundable, I had no choice but to adjust. To add to the discomfort, the sofa in the room was broken, making it difficult to relax. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff was good and supportive, which helped make the stay a bit more bearable. However, the overall experience was far below expectations, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The fern ecotel my exprience is not so good average against charge taken from me food is average not expected and we are from gujarat and janmashtami and diwali most of guest are from gujarat so you are advise to serve kadhi khichadi and chhas is must at lunch and dinner which is charge from me for one chhas=200 is not acceptable charge. There is no internet in tv connection and no wall clock also we have to cheek our mobile to cheek time not good improvement reqire if managment want otherwise.
