My experience in this resort was really good and quite peaceful , staffs are very helpful and attentive. Best thing I like about the resort is the cleanliness and the level of maintenance is superb. Will surely return Thank you for your hospitality

Our experience at this resort was unfortunately underwhelming. While we were looking forward to a relaxing and enjoyable stay, we couldn’t help but feel that the room we received was overpriced for what it offered. It lacked the level of comfort and attention to detail that one might expect at this price point. Adding to the disappointment was the food. It was, at best, average and didn’t leave a lasting impression. When visiting a resort, we believe that meals play a significant role in the overall experience, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short. The resort itself had potential, but these factors overshadowed what could have been a great getaway. For the price we paid, we had expected a much higher standard of quality and service. Regrettably, based on our experience, this is not a place we would consider returning to in the future. There are many other options that provide better value for money and a more enjoyable experience. It’s always disappointing when expectations aren’t met, especially when you’re looking forward to a special trip. We hope the resort takes feedback like this to heart and makes improvements for future guests.

The overall stay and experience was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and all basic facilities were available. Breakfast spread was also good. Very peaceful location also. Would definitely recommend for family. Enough car parking is also available.

The wifi is terrible at this place , no connection in my room side. Too weak connection …. Need to request for basic amenities multiple times such as bath towels , soap and all .. Th Rooms are decent and accomodating . The food was good with pool view and also the game room was nice

They don't even have basic facilities like wifi (despite claiming so) or decent ACs. Rude staff. Better to avoid this place. All reviews, that they have earned, are manipulated. Dirty swimming/kids pools. They do not care after customer complaints.

Nearest high rated Resort at the hill station Khandala/Lonavala from Mumbai. Compact yet they have everything. Pool, play area, good food and great stay. Rooms, pent house, Moghul rooms, they have all types and superb. Hospitality, at its best. Good for stay for couple of nights anytime of the year for Mumbaites as reachability is quick.

Neither the location nor the service quality is good. For every thing, you have to request at least 3-4 times. Even for water bottles, you have to ask them again and again. And cleaning they will not do even after multiple requests. Very bad experience. Moreover, the quality and taste of food is also not good. Would not recommend to anyone to stay there.

My review is not based on stay but overall interaction that I had with this resort. I had booked this place for 1 night stay on 28th-29th June 2023 with extremely high excitement, however due to some unavoidable personal reasons I had to cancel the plan and hence I informed the resort 2 days prior to the check-in date. I asked them for a refund OR if they could postpone to some other date, which was simply denied by them. I understand that the resort is sticking to its policy, but the only thing which disappoints me is that, if this resort were customer centric, they could have put some efforts in retaining their guests instead of being inconsiderate. The resort should understand that the fact that, as humans anyone could be in such unavoidable situations which are out of anyone's control. So rather than denying straight away they could have been more considerate. This is something which displays the morale and values of any business.

Their hospitality is limited only to corporate guests..they don't care about regular guests. Their staff is rude, always running about bills and GST and not caring about providing service. They will throw away your food even if you get off from your table for just few seconds. Kids swimming pool was very dirty, not maintained at all. Worst hotel experience till date!!
