NOOE Maldives Kunaavashi

This trip to Nooe was truly one of the most heartwarming and wonderful experiences of my life. The hotel offers a diverse selection of four restaurants, each with a different theme each day, always offering a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was truly breathtaking. Our Chinese housekeeper, Nadia, was truly a godsend for us Chinese tourists with limited English! Not only was she able to communicate promptly with us about anything we needed, but we also spoke a language we shared with them! Wonderful! Due to bad weather during our stay, we were unable to go on any island activities. She meticulously communicated with us about every reservation and cancellation we made. To ensure we had no regrets, she arranged professional photography, snorkeling around the island from the hotel, and a spa treatment. The entire trip was incredibly relaxing. Our return flight was late, and Nadia helped us secure a late checkout. To ensure we could rest better, she even suggested taking our lunch to go. She was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. 😘 Even after leaving the island, Nadia, even after work, was still checking in with us to confirm we had checked in. Before boarding, I felt the deepest emotion and reluctance to leave, feeling like I'd met an old friend in a foreign land for the first time! Recalling our arrival in the Maldives at 8 p.m. on our first day, the wind and waves were dark and rough, and my child was severely seasick. But knowing our Chinese butler would be waiting for us at the hotel instantly dispelled all my anxiety. Upon arrival, Nadia, our first encounter, offered us caring and thoughtful service. It was a wonderful first encounter. We were truly fortunate to have chosen Nooe and to have such a professional, warm, patient, and kind butler like Nadia. Even the next morning, sitting in the seaside buffet restaurant amidst the blizzard, I felt incredibly calm and at ease, thinking to myself, "With Nadia, my personal butler, I can do whatever I want, no worries!" That brought a knowing smile to my face. The staff at Nooe were also incredibly nice. Overall, the trip was worthwhile, and I'm incredibly happy and grateful. 😙

Except for the food, everything else is OK.
