Stayed at this place on Friday, 31st May night and left Saturday, 1st June early morning. The glamps are more like insulated tents, and they don’t provide 'clean' washrooms as they claim. The ones they do, have no water, we had to take turns to use the washroom while the other filled 1.5 liter bottles with chasmay ka paani to use for washing, the camodes and flush doesn’t work, the washroom door needs to be held from outside by one person while the other uses it. Other than that Arslan, the manager, doesn’t pick up calls or respond on site. 'Free WIFI' is also one of the facilities they claim, but there is neither free WIFI nor electricity except for 3 hours, neither is there any cellular network signal, contrary to nearby Inns and Glamp resorts. As for the food, we asked for dinner at 8 pm they told us they’ll give it after dealing with previous clients, which was only one family of 5. We waited, and at 12 am fell asleep and that is when the food came. Same repeated the next day when despite requesting for breakfast at 8 am, because we were on a tight schedule, we got ours at almost 11 am. Our Kumrat trip and hostels were booked through Destination Pakistan, the tour guide Basit abandoned us while he stayed with 'his boys' at Kumrat Inn, he didn’t check us into the glamps, we were left at the mercy of this place and it’s non-existent management. One solo guy in our group got petrified by horrible facilities, so you can imagine what it felt for our group being all girls. But who do you communicate with if there’s no management and a tour guide who evaded his responsibility continuously? Its a shady place, we had a horrible experience with no facility they claim for such a price, no water, management, toilet facilities and operational facilities otherwise. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the misery that gets paid for out of your pocket, and mental torture.
