Good experience. Everyone is friendly. Good place for couples/family must visit places. Every staff members in there was friendly and explains everything detailed and provide all assistance. Food was good.

Situated on a hilltop, the hotel featured an expansive foyer, a delightful restaurant, lovely gardens home to black monkeys, a sizable pool, and spacious bungalow-style rooms equipped with every amenity. The breakfast and dinner buffets provided a wide range of meals and for breakfast a wide range of made to order egg options were available! The staff were consistently friendly and very helpful. Advised not to leave your door open for too long or a monkey might come in!

Nice traditional ambiance & hospitality. Had great time with family and enjoyed the stay, ambiance, traditional dance performances and nice authentic food. Walkable distance to local market for hopping spices, chocolates & tea products

Ambient place to stay. Very peaceful and relaxing stay. Staffs are cordial and giving good response. Place was maintained very neat. Kudos to the entire team of management and staffs

A very well maintained and clean property. Rooms were spacious and good size balcony. Close to town center if that matters to visitors. Pool was under maintenance, so couldn enjoy that part. Food was good. Staff were responsive and cooperative. Menu was good. Loved the stay.

After reading all the negative reviews i was hesitant to check in but the stay was nice. The rooms are spacious and come with a balcony. There is a small indoor area for kids. The chef is a gem, preparing some yum foods considering the taste of the audience. Pool was under maintenance else it was 5 on 5 for a nominal stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean stylish and with great excellent service in where we had food. And also the food was too delicious. Overall it was worth for money.
