The service is upto expectation. We enjoyed veg meal at restaurant. all staff are very courteous and helpful. I will definitely recommend stay for 2 nights. Front desk helped us in organising our activities in our short stay of one night. Thank you.

We got room upgrade, thanks to hotel to do needful, location is right near down town and very close to periyar tiger reserve. Restaurant staff and food was good. This was my 2nd stay at this resort, though 1st one was about 10 years ago.

Ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Peryar Tiger Reserve und ist sehr gut in den Dschungel integriert. Das Personal und die Unterkunft haben unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, auf unsere Wünsche wurde stets eingegangen.

The overall stay was good, but there were a few things that one expects to work. To start with the room was a little small for the money they charge. The TV remote would not work to turn the TV ON/OFF. Power failure was a big issue and the generator took a few seconds to turn on. The room lights made a constant humming noise when they were on.

The location is awesome & the greenary surrounding the rooms are pretty awesome. The restaurant food was good but options were limited & too much costly. The Periyar boating booking office was only 5mins walking distance. The room was specious. Had little issue with mosquitoes. Rest the stay was quite fantabulas & memorable.

It was a one day trip and we enjoyed the stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. The ambience was nice ! and the climate is also awesome

Awesome trip! Enjoy a lot. Fresh environment with full of greenary makes a healthy mind. At last, but not least friendly staff also appreciable. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning.Loved the convenient location close to major attractions.Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious breakfast.Thank you for a lovely, comfortable stay &excellent hospitality.

Telephone was not working, there was no water in the morning. Actually our whole stay was spend by calling reception

Excellent place that gives a blend of nature and luxury. Really enjoyed the stay with my family.The Kerala cruisine banana theeyal tastes good and brings back my schools days.We could spot lots of birds , monkeys inside the property. The spa is relaxing and ambience is clean.
