Worst stay ever I have been, poor staff service, smelling rooms, no ventilation in rooms, no one interested in addressing the issues... Unprofessional staff.. it's pathetic yar... Not Recommended at All...

I am currently staying at Radisson Kumbhalgarh (Room 3029) and had come here expecting peace and relaxation. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quality stay. From the start, the front office staff were rude and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. I then visited the bar area, where the floors were wet—I slipped due to this and was lucky not to get seriously injured. Shockingly, when I went back to the lobby, the floor was wet there too, and I slipped again. I reported this to the front desk, but their response was extremely casual and careless. There was no real concern for guest safety, and I found their reaction very strange and inappropriate for a hotel of this level. In addition, there has been a bad smell in my washroom since check-in. I have complained 2-3 times, but no action has been taken, and I’m still dealing with the unpleasant odor. I came here to relax and enjoy my time, but instead, I’ve had a very stressful and uncomfortable experience. This property is nowhere near the standard expected from a Radisson hotel—more like a 3-star experience at best. Please do not book this hotel if you're looking for comfort, professionalism, and proper hospitality.

We had an amazing stay in Radisson Blu, Kumbhalgarh. The staff was very helpful , polite. Special thanks to restaurant chefs and Nabhanita for serving great food & making our stay more enjoyable.

1. Food – Delicious and flavorful; every dish was well-prepared and tasty. 2. Swimming Pool – Clean, well-maintained, and suitable for young children to play safely. 3. Rooms – Spacious, airy, and equipped with all basic amenities for a comfortable stay. 4. Kids Playzone – Well-organized with plenty of engaging activities for children. 5. Staff Behavior – Very friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. 6. Environment – Located in a peaceful natural setting, offering a relaxing atmosphere. 7.
