We stayed in le garden, kumbakonam on the 17th nov 24, it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and the response from the house keeping personnel was appreciable. Iyangar cafe attached served us quality food, but the cost of just curd rice was too much.

In the first place the door lock was not working in the given room and we were asked to leave the luggage as it is and leave, when we denied they gave an alternate room and later they repaired the lock. Not advisable to have food on the hotel, plates are not clean and quality is very poor. Rooms were not cleaned on the second day it will be only on request it seems. Am a regular traveler to kumbakonam but i will not stay in the hotel hereafter.

Hotel atmosphere and facility all are ok. But they provide drinking water and coffee milk powder complementary was not ok. They give only one litter bottle one only given 3 person that'solny drawback. Otherwise no issues.

It was a good location. The room i stayed in was big and had good ac. But the sheets were smelling fresh but had lot of marks. Also, the food served for breakfast was not great.

Poor hospitality geyser not working bedsheets not clean
provided only one water bottle for two days stay for four persons. Additional unbranded 1 ltr water bottle costs 80 rs. No remote for ac. Claims as a 3 star hotel. Worth no star.

Smelly bathrooms, hotel issued towels which are torn, staff and management are impolite. Tried having break fast in their hotel. The place was understaffed and we have to wait eternity to get food. Many people left without food shouting at the staff.

I have taken 2 rooms one was very good. Where the other room had some issues like ac noise, some lights were missing, unable to close the bathroom door completely etc. But the quailty and service was very good. Highly recommend for family members!
