We have checked in 4 rooms in the hotel le garden kumbakonam on feb 7th 2025. And on feb 8th 2025, morning we found a big hole in the main door of room no 107 and any person can clearly view inside the room from the hole. The issue was escalated to gm level and then the hole was repaired but there was no regret message or communication from the management. This was so horrible and cannot accept this kind of inconvenience in a star hotel. Further, we air conditioners available but the remote controller doesn't work for the ac's as we have to manually climb the chair and reduce the temperature. Room no. 107
