Worst experience with front office support. The response was extremely careless. I'm very disappointed. This is unacceptable. Rooms not as per expectations. No service support from hotel staff. Poor quality of bed sheets and towels. Wash room mug and tub is in bad condition. No wifi provided.

It was a pleasant stay. Property is at one of the prime location. Food was good chosen breakfast option with stay and it was server hot and fresh as per expectations. Good hotel overall for a family level trip.

Hotel is located in the prime location of Kumbakonam. Many famous temples are near by. Service people are very kind.
Receptionist are so professional.
Rooms are clean and affordable. Overall a good stay option for family.

went for a marriage.also took opportunity to see a couple of temples.location was good.services were ok.Ac control was not very good.cooling took longer . there was a problem with room card .it didn't open and had to seek help of housekeeping.

We have checked in 4 rooms in the hotel le garden kumbakonam on feb 7th 2025. And on feb 8th 2025, morning we found a big hole in the main door of room no 107 and any person can clearly view inside the room from the hole. The issue was escalated to gm level and then the hole was repaired but there was no regret message or communication from the management. This was so horrible and cannot accept this kind of inconvenience in a star hotel. Further, we air conditioners available but the remote controller doesn't work for the ac's as we have to manually climb the chair and reduce the temperature. Room no. 107
