Very poor quality food. Very expensive. Not neat. Please avoid staying here, the management is minting money without any logic

It was a comfortable stay. The only problem is parking. It is close to my office as well. Good veg food is served

Well maintained rooms, over priced restaurent

If you are travel-ling with kids or toddlers please avoid this hotel by any chance. The breakfast strictly opens only at 7:30 am and they wont serve you even coffee or milk before that. So if you're kids are awake or if you need a coffee before leaving for any temple visit we were told coffee if available only after 7:30 am onwards. We booked king size bed and we were given queen size bed. When you travel with kids(twins in my case) the bed was very tight and we had to lit-really manage not to fall from bed while sleeping. Rooms were dirty and there was dust below the bed space when you bend down you can see dust accumulated which shows that maintainance was zero. Health faucet in bathroom was leaking automatically and toilet whenever you flush will leak and spill all the nasty stuff into the bathroom and we had to use one bucket of water to wash away that dirty water again. I ordered meals during afternoon they confirmed the order and said will deliver in 30 mins. 1 hr later when i called to check they said they do not deliver meals to rooms at all and if we need meals we have to go to the restuarant to have it, when i asked why this was not told earlier and someone accepted the order they started blaming each other and did not care of find out who accepted the room service order and did not bother to apologize.

I faced following issues: 1) bed was uncomfortable. Spring had come out. I could feel the spring with my hand itself. 2) bathroom was not clean. Shower curtain was dirty and seems not washed for a long time 3) service was poor. Whatever request was made to reception, it was not taken care. I asked to clean dustbins in the room when i was going out in the morning, but it was not cleaned even when i returned at night. When i asked the receptionist, he was telling, it should have been cleaned ***** with the room cleaning, but i informed him that room itself was not cleaned. After this since bed was uncomfortable & spring had come out, i asked him to send a comforter to be put over the bed. Housekeeping person came up to my room and asked me to change my room telling that extra comforter was not available. I informed him that i cannot change my room in the middle of the night. Upon which he came back with extra bedsheets. Then i had to raise my voice, upon which he brought comforter. Second day i requested the receptionist to send a knife for cutting some fruits. I had to followup again after 30 mins to get the knife.
