House is ok. Not a problem . The cover they give me is very dirt . I don't like dirt cover on bed.

Delightful Stay!The hotel boasts of a great location and serene environment, with lush greenery and gardens, making it an ideal hideaway. There was daily housekeeping. The staff are exceptionally customer-friendly and responsive in all aspects. Room: - Deluxe room size is spacious with all basic amenities The bathroom was clean, except for the old and discoloured towels Additional touches: - Two complimentary bottles of water daily - Good breakfast choices, although the fried rice and chicken sauce could be improved Protein options (pork, chicken, shrimps) were scarce 🙃 Oil used in fried rice had an unpleasant taste Overall, I enjoyed my four-night stay. Despite some minor issues, the hotel's strengths make it a great choice.

The property and room was beautiful however, the towels were dirty. When I requested for clean towels. The housekeeper was very rude to me and said that they didn’t have any towels I had to go to the front desk to make a complaint before I got towels.
Also, the gym was under construction, which I found very disappointed as I wanted to use the gym in the morning

This is a lovely hotel, although undergoing construction work when we stayed and with a few teething problems in the newly refurbished room (that the team worked hard to resolve)
The gardens are really lovely, the pool is great, the staff are excellent! Very welcoming and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.
