This place is your nightmare Spa experience. The 'hotel' more like an off the road Horor motel is used mainly for thrashy local parties and not for the purpose of the name. Smoking everywhere not a single space for a non smokers even though you go there for health benefits no? The staff is lethargic and have no respect for the guests. It feels like we are there for them and not the other way around. Horrible ,horrible experience . Never stepping in that horrid place.

I stayed at Kumanovo Spa hotel for one week and I had the worst experience ever. According to the hotels webpage and advertising the hotel is located in a "quiet, spacious location surrounded by greenery". The hotel is defintly NOT located in a quite place. Every single day loud live music was coming from either the hotel bar, hotel restaurant or another bar placed right next to the hotel. In addition there is a disco situated next to the hotel! Do not expect any sleep during your stay and do not expect to benefit from the thermo-mineral water, as the sourroundings and loud music is only adding stress to your body and mind instead of the feeling of relaxation. Do not fall victim to an entirely falsified advertising!!! The hotel owner does not take any responsibility and you clearly get the feeling of a CASH COW focused management!!!! STAY AWAY from this hotel if you do not want party and loud music every day.

This is the worst experience! It supposed to be a SPA - a place to relax, but for the two nights staying here there was live music at the restaurant until 2 a.m. No chance to sleep at all!!! Avoid this place!
