Some of the staff can speak fluent English. That makes the check-in procedure very smooth and fast. The location is very convenient. Convenience stores are just nearby and there are ***** store and anything you need is around the hotel.

I took the tram from JR Kumamoto Station, but it was located in an arcade just a few minutes' walk from Karashimacho Station, so it was easy to get around even when it was raining. There were many convenience stores and restaurants around the hotel, which was helpful.
Breakfast was a set menu that you could choose from, but the Japanese food with rice in a rice cooker and the Kumamoto specialty thai pien were also delicious.
I have stayed at Richmond hotels in other areas and have always had a comfortable stay. I will stay here again when I have a business trip to Kumamoto.
