Very close to Kumamoto Station, convenient transportation. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are a bit old and the mattress is relatively soft. This price is not bad, recommended to stay.

酒店就在JR站出來往左走個5分鐘不到，都不用過馬路。酒店裝潢一看就是老牌星級酒店，很有檔次。房間內臨窗一圈沙發，超級適合放行李。

The last time I stayed at this hotel, I was very impressed and it is worth writing a good review for it. The hotel room is clean and tidy, and the layout is very warm. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the room is well soundproofed, without any interference from the outside world. The hotel is also very conveniently located, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. It is very suitable for both business trips and vacations. The hotel gave me a surprise on my first day. I did not ask for an extra bed when I booked, but the hotel saw that I was a family of three and took the initiative to provide me with a small bed. The next morning, probably because I was not awake, I accidentally added water to the air purifier's outlet. Although the machine seemed to be working and I drained the water as much as possible, I still reported the situation to the hotel truthfully. I thought I would be fined, but I never expected that they thought there might be a risk of leakage, so they helped me replace an air purifier and wrote me a note, which was really touching! In short, this stay experience can be described as "perfect", both the hardware facilities and the service level exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel next time I have the opportunity, and I will recommend it to friends and family!
