I booked a room for a friend from outside. First of all, the sound insulation is very poor. The windowless room is separated by boards. Secondly, the people at the front desk have a bad attitude and are unprofessional. The dress code at the front desk is casual and children are running around. This is relatively big in our area. Very disappointed with the place to stay.
