The hotel stay is very nice. The staff members are very friendly and helpful minded. We checked in at 11. 00 pm, that also the staff are coordinating very friendly. They allowed to check out extra 1 hour. Worth for money. I can suggest to family, couple or groups.

The view of the hotel was mesmerizing and awesome. But the distance from the market was very much away. The food quality is good and sufficient. The location is far away but the view was very awesome. The breakfast was sufficient. The location is calm and soothing as desired. But the room services was not too good. There was no power backup when there was electric shutdown and all family members suffered a lot when there was electric shutdown for whole night.

They are not providing any facility to drivers of guest. Rooms facility are on average situation not good. Bed sheets and other things not changed in n ex day. Room cleaning service is not good. Parking facility not available. And many other things which are not suitable for us

We went from Old Manali to stay at this beautiful property owned by Mr Ritesh sood. Staff was courteous and they did not created any concerns about early check in and late check out. food was amazing. Complimentary fruit basket and cookies does enhance your experience. while booking do make a note to book a valley view room with Balcony. Mr Ritesh sood is very humble. few things they can improve- Have more board games since there is nothing much to do around the property. need to have access to more TV channels or keep a fire stick to convert tv into smart tv. Book shelf also needs to be upgraded with good titles
