I traveled from London to Manali for a week to work from this beautiful city. I had booked a place and was very excited to stay there. Initially, the staff was friendly and even allowed me to check in early. I arrived one hour before the designated check-in time. However, when the staff took me to my hotel room, I discovered that the entry lock handle was broken. Inside the room, I was dismayed to find it very dirty, with broken and damaged sockets. Only one socket was functional. I immediately informed the receptionist about the condition of the room and requested for it to be cleaned. They eventually cleaned the room. Furthermore, their Wi-Fi was unreliable, making it unsuitable for remote work. I do not recommend this property for work-from-home purposes. Later that day, when I tried ordering food, I realised the reception number was not working. I had to use the contact number I found on the *********** site to place my order. Due to the unsatisfactory experience, I decided to modify my booking and informed the receptionist that I would only be staying for two days instead of the entire week. During checkout, the staff tried to overcharge me compared to the rates displayed on the *********** website. They were quite aggressive and even threatened to make me pay for the entire week, despite the fact that I had only stayed for two days. I strongly advise against choosing this property for a long-term stay.
