Banon Resorts

We stayed at Banon Resort Manali from 13-15 June 2025 with family & friends. Our experience was above expectations. Everything was just perfect, our room was amazing, food was so delicious and ambience was enjoyable. Staff was cooperative and owner himself is very humble & helpful.

I checked out of Duffden House on 25.05.24 after spending a horrible day & night on 24.05.24 and checked in at Banon Resort. Guys, this is one of the best properties for a lovely stay in Manali. The owner, Mr. Krishan Banon makes sure that his guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.

We've been staying at Banon Resorts every years since 2022. First time we booked it via MakeMyTrip and were awestruck by the ambience, service and reachability. So booked again for a stay during vacations in December 2023 directly. I'd recommend a stay in this hotel if you are visiting with family or friends and want a comfortable stay in a resort that has amalgamation of traditional ambience and provides modern amenities. Keep it up! Rooms: Rooms are cozy and beautiful. The basic amenities are all available. We've stayed in deluxe room which is located within primary hotel building and also in luxury cottage room that is surrounded by green area with lovely ambience. Nearby activities: Best to go for cafe hopping in old Manali and spend some time on Mall road in the sun. You can hire taxi from hotel for site seeing around Manali and to visit Lahaul and Spiti. Walkability: Walking distance from Mall road, Hidimba temple and old Manali. This needs a special mention because driving around these areas takes extra time as during peak time Manali remains jam packed with tourists. Food & drinks: The food is homely and great. Especially because the property owners stay in the property and eat here on a regular basis. They also have a bar on premises that serves drinks and from time to time basis renowned DJ play good music.

A great place to stay in Old Manali. We had a ground floor suite on one of the cottages. Neat, clean and daily cleaning service. The Staff was efficient and helpful when required. Mr Krishan Banon, the owner takes a keen interest in running the Resort on a day to day basis. There's a full time restaurant on the premises.

Nestled between beautiful tress and flowers, the hotel is a great treat in the middle of Manali. Good buffet dinner and breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, large "Swiss Chalet"-like rooms - very spacious and convenient. Had the luxury of a balcony overlooking the garden - a treat. Overall a great stay.
