The staff was so ill mannered and non trained. They used to came in our rooms and private space without even knocking. Without even asking to recollect the cutlery from our room, one of the staff came, got inside the loving area without knocking, took the plate and cutlery and went back, without even asking.

The Highland Park exceeded our expectations! Karan was very accommodating and helped us plan our activities. The views from the room were spectacular! We had an amazing stay at The Highland Park, thanks to Lakshay’s warm hospitality. The hotel is clean and well-located with incredible views of the valley.

It was an amazing experience at The Highland Park,Manali.The property was so good as well as the management.Every staff was soft spoken and very friendly.The location of this property is also very nice.It is situated on the bank of river Beas.Over all experience was very nice.

We booked family junior suite we didn’t asked for extra bed we told them that we can adjust but they charged forcefully. Food was not at all good. Very less choice in menu card. We have gone there to enjoy but they didn’t allow us to play sing after 10 pm. Overall stay was not satisfactory and rates are very high compare to rooms

One of the best hotel and resort in manali. Very well located. Well maintained property,amazing buffet (breakfast nd dinner) . So much to do for kids. It’s a river side property and truly justified nature very beautifully. Must visit again

We had visited in the first week of April-2023. I recommend this highland park for everybody because of its beautiful location besides the bias river, mountains and roads on which you can view them. Foods and quality were excellent and serving staff was very humble and polite in approach. I would say that this highland park standard is found equivalent to international hotels standard . We donot know the owner but through this feedback I congratulate the owner for having this wonderful property and to staff for serving the tourists. It's unforgettable our stay. Thanks to highland park and resort.

We were treated like kings.Resort location,staff attitude,food,room furniture,ammenities are excellent.We would like to visit again & again.You had not given us a chance to complain,though we had paid every thing in advance.
