It’s a budget hotel so can’t expect much. The least they can provide is toothbrush and toothpaste is available. It had given 2 set but without the toothpaste. When ask to get new staff make some remark saying something else.

The hotel has stairs. The room I booked was clearly a room with a window. When I checked in, I was given a room without a window. The product was not what I had ordered. An additional tourist tax was charged every night. No receipt.
