Super duper bad experience where is room is told full and ask us to contact the booking platform for refund process.. the receptionist is not friendly to explain further the situation and there a few group is having same experience as me.
Thanks to Trip.com promptly action and I manage to get a full refund

Very satisfactory accommodation with existing facilities such as WaterDispenser, ironboard. A very strategic accommodation location. Good service from the hotel. The price is very worthwhile by using the Trip Application. Guaranteed safety. I am very satisfied with this stay. Thank you.

The room is filled with strange smell.The pillows and bedsheets are stained and smelly..the blankets too are smelly. There is no toilet row and soap...only the wifi is satisfied.
