Nach Abreise und Barzahlung des gesamten Aufenthalts bekam ich noch eine Rechnung über 338€ im Nachgang zugesandt. Obwohl uns bei Abreise und Abrechnung und Barzahlung mitgeteilt worden ist, es sei alles ausgeglichen. Nie wieder... Sehr ärgerlich.

Stort ældre hotel, hvor personalet stort set intet engelsk forstod og knap tysk.
Flot morgenmadsbuffet. Meget trangt i juniorsuite til 3 personer. Ingen engelsk sprogede TV kanaler. Spa var ude af drift.
Så lidt blandet oplevelse.

Die Vorfreude war Groß,die Realität war dann eher sehr Klein! Wir hatten 3 Übernachtungen mit Halbpension."Herbst Angebot",3 Personen für zusammen 1750€ !! Plus 10€ pro Tag Parkgebühr!Wir dachten wir gönnen uns mal was mit Spa usw! Einchecken war ok,Zimmer sauber und geräumig aber halt eher was für Ältere Generatin.Matrazen bisschen durchgelegen aber noch ok. Schwimmbad/Sauna sehr schön und sauber da gab es nichts zu meckern.Speisesaal sehr schön eingedeckte Tische mit Stoffservietten usw,dazu passte leider das Abendessen/Büfett nicht! Mieserabel bis nicht genießbar,unansehnlich, nichts frisches, alles Dosenware ,Billige Ware,null Deko,Lieblos. Leere Schüsseln die nicht aufgeüllt wurden,auch nicht nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage!Service Kräfte verstanden nur wenig und verwiesen immer auf den Kollegen!Leider war es beim Frühstück nicht anders!Keine Brötchen und nur Billig Ware!Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt!!Dieses Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen! Dieses Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne!!! Preisleistung nicht Akzeptabel! Nie wieder!

Das Abendessen ist ungenießbar, ich war nächsten Tag krank. Frühstück angelaufene, schmierige und stinkende Wurst. Bett war nass, wurde nicht ausreichend gelüftet. Das für über 500 Euro im Turmzimmer. Nie wieder! Hier kann ich nur von abraten, sucht euch was anderes.
