Tolles Hotel , ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Außerdem ist die Lage wirklich super. Ganz besonders möchten wir die Mitarbeiter loben , immer freundlich und hilfsbereit . was uns ganz besonders gefallen hat war der Spa. man kann dort wirklich runterkommen . Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Physiotherapeuten und Masseur Torsten Rohweder. ich hatte mir mein Golfen eine Verletzung zugezogen , die mir etwas zu schaffen machte , deshalb entschloss ich mich dort ein Termin zu buchen . ich kann nur sagen , Weltklasse , meine Beschwerden waren nach der Behandlung zu 90 % weg. Der Mann weiss was er macht . Außerdem hat er sich oft um den Poolbereich gekümmert , älteren Gästen Auflagen besorgt oder Strandkörbe gerückt . Klasse Mitarbeiter Thema Handtuchkarte , ja da waren wir etwas skeptisch , letztendlich aber war es super und völlig unkompliziert. zum Schluss noch ein großes Lob auch an die Rezeption , immer freundlich und hilfsbereit . Fazit : wir kommen wieder

Erstmal die Hotelübernachtung travelcharme AROSA hat kaum Nachteile gebracht . Wurden super empfangen, direkt wurde beim auspacken des Autos geholfen. Zimmer war wie immer super. Essen besonders das Frühstück, toll. So nun aber die weniger guten Sachen, benötigten ein behindertenparkplatz. Der erreichbare war sehr schlecht, da sehr eng, zum Parken für Behinderte…. Es waren drei weitere behindertenparkplätze vorhanden, diese wurden jedoch vom Hotel selber genutzt. Auf Nachfrage kam die Antwort sind halt private Parkplätze. Weiterhin etwas seltsam dass auch ein behinderten Parkplatz bezahlt werden muss Einfach mal drüber nachdenken. Wollte meinen Geburtstag in diesem Hotel nachfeiern, hier erfolgt keine Gratulation oder sonstiges. Abendunterhaltung sehr nett, aber durch den kleinen Raum so laut, dass man sich nicht mehr unterhalten konnte.

Wir waren fünf Nächte im Arosa Kühlungsborn und sind schon enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und wurde so gut wie gar nicht renoviert. Fernsehbildschirme waren bestimmt so alt wie das Hotel ( 20 Jahre?)und man hatte Glück wenn die Fernbedienung funktionierte. Die Handtücher ,noch mit Travel Charme Hotel Label, waren uralt und hauchdünn. Ebenso die Bademäntel. Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr nett und freundlich, was man von den Preisen nicht sagen kann. Wir hatten HP gebucht und sind davon ausgegangen es gäbe Abends (wie in den anderen Arosa Hotels) Buffet. War aber leider nicht das Fall.Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, das Abendbuffets zu teuer seien und zu viel Lebensmittel entsorgt werden müßten. Es wurde eine kleine Auswahl von 2-3 Gerichten mit Vorspeise und Nachspeise angeboten für einen Preis von 40€ pro Person. Friss oder Stirb :-( Wir haben dann darum gebeten von der HP Abstand zu nehmen und a la Carte zu essen. Dies musste nach langem hin und her erst vom Hoteldirektor genehmigt werden. Leider war auch teilweise die Qualität des Essens mittelmäßig. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wenn man als Hotelkette den Anspruch hat eine Qualitätsmarke zu sein, dann sollte man dies auch umsetzten, was hier in Kühlungsborn bis jetzt scheinbar noch ein paar Monate oder Jahre dauern wird. Schade……….

Als Stammgast des jetzt A-Rosa Hotels bin ich etwas enttäuscht. Es wird für den aufgerufenen Preis merkbar gespart. Die gewohnte Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. - Handtuchkarte mit Hinweis auf 20 € Strafe geht gar nicht in der Preisklasse - das Ausfüllen eines Anamnesebogens für eine Wellnesbehandlung sehr fragwürdig, dazu noch in Minischrift und super schlecht kopiert ( auf Nachfrage, wozu die Infos, Antwort: Man wisse ja sonst nicht ob ich schwanger wäre (mein Alter 58) - Mitarbeiterin bei der Wassergymnasik am Morgen hatte den Charme eines Drill instructors oder keine Lust - Aussenpool war morgens zu, ohne Hinweis oder Entschuldigung - Das aus Kostengründen das Brot am Abreisetag weggelassen wird ok. Aber der Hinweis sich ein Wasser zu nehmen und zu Fragen wie der Aufenthalt war, wäre nicht zuviel Service. Vielleicht sollte man auf die Rosen verzichten, dass ist echt nicht umweltbewusst. - Der Hinweis zur Anordnungen des Frühstücksbuffet kam ja schon. Danke an den Masseur, die netten umsichtigen Reinigungskräfte und das Personal an der Bar und im Frühstücksraum. Die Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption benötigen wohl noch eine Schulung in Sachen Freundlichkeit.

Kleine Zuwendungen an Stammgäste und Wohlfühldetails im Zimmer werden sukzessive immer mehr abgebaut. Kein Abendbuffet mehr im Restaurant. Es gibt nur noch Fritz Cola statt das Original. Fritz Cola schmeckt leider nicht! Im Spa Bereich dominiert jetzt AROSA mit neuer Philosophie. PURIA war diskreter und individueller. Die neue Handtuchausgabe mit Karte an der Rezeption ist nervig und drückt Mißtrauen gegenüber dem Gast aus.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön mit Blick auf den kleinen Weihnachtsmarkt. Sehr zentrale Lage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das gebuchte Menü eine Vollkatastrophe..eine zehe Entenbrust, der Rotkohl schwamm in der Sauce etc. Der Barkeeper servierte einen Hugo, der bitter schmeckte und wurde derartig patzig bei der Reklamation. Wir nutzen in Zukunft wieder ein anderes bewertes Hotel in Kühlungsborn.
