Ein wunderschön, professionell familiengeführtes Boutiquehotel mitten in der Innenstadt. Sehr netter Service, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, sehr stylisch eingerichtet, ruhig und sehr geräumig. Eine Tiefgarage zum Parken befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, 1 min Fußweg. Alles top! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

Top Lage mitten in Kufstein und 15 Minuten von den ersten Lifts im Kaisergebirge, modernes hotel mit historischen Touch und mega freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal, familiär aber trotzdem super professionell. Hatten ein Apartment mit separatem Schlafzimmer und Schlafcouch, das gut für zwei Erwachsene und zwei (kleine) Kinder gepasst hat.

Not impressed
Nice new hotel but noise from the ventilation fan like something was touching the fan wing which made some annoying noise.
Was charged 25 € for a two hour later check out!
Forgot some stuff in the bathroom contacted the hotel a few hours later but they claimed that they didn't find anything left in the room? Called the next day as I was told that another maid was at work then. Called and was told again that nothing was found but they would look again and call me back. They never called me back.

wir waren zum zweiten Mal da und wir waren wiederum begeistert. Alexander und Esther sind perfekte Gastgeber und die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet es stimmt einfach jedes Detail. Das Frühstück frisch zubereitet und der beste selbst geröstete Kaffee seit langem. Danke

Sehr ruhig, optimale Lage, große, wunderschöne Zimmer mit allem Komfort und sehr bequeme Betten. Alles sehr sauber! Extrem nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, sowohl im Hotel- als auch im Café-Bereich. Frühstück im Café sehr schmackhaft und eine umfassende Auswahl. Absolut empfehlenswert, kommen gerne wieder!
