The ground staff were supportive, but the proper communication is missing between resort management & staff. Staff were not aware of the makemytrip booking details or the room which we had booked. Done.

The resort is big sprawling over a large area full of beautiful plants. But it's maintenance is very poor. Plants and bushes need regular pruning. Rooms need more cleaning. Breakfast quality was very poor. Service and behaviour of the staff was very bad. Basic amenities like towel and soap were provided after six hours of continuous follow up.

It was a wonderful experience in veerabhoomi resort. All the facilities are good. Neat and clean. Swimming pool was neat and food also good. Overall it was a nice experience in veerabhoomi resort
