Ayvalık Sarımsaklı’da Gönül Rahatlığıyla Kalınacak Bir Otel Tatil için tercih ettiğimiz Amphora Otel’de her şey mükemmeldi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Manzara muhteşemdi. Otel sahipleri ise misafirperverlikleriyle kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Müşteri memnuniyetine verdikleri önem her detayda hissediliyor. Özellikle şef Yakup Yılmaz’a ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim. Hazırladığı yemekler hem lezzet hem sunum açısından harikaydı. Akşam yemeklerinde çeşit boldu; 7-8 farklı meze, özenle hazırlanmış ana yemekler, ardından tatlı ve meyve servisiyle adeta bir lezzet şöleni yaşattı. Ayvalık Sarımsaklı’daki bu güzel otelde her şey çok güzeldi. Ailece çok güzel anılar biriktirdik. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz. A Peaceful Hotel Stay in Sarımsaklı, Ayvalık Everything was perfect at Amphora Hotel, which we chose for our vacation. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The view was stunning. The hotel owners made us feel completely at home with their warm hospitality. Their dedication to customer satisfaction could be felt in every detail. I would especially like to mention Chef Yakup Yılmaz. The meals he prepared were outstanding in both taste and presentation. Dinner was a true feast, with a wide variety of dishes—7 to 8 different mezes, carefully prepared main courses, followed by desserts and fresh fruit. Everything was wonderful at this lovely hotel in Sarımsaklı, Ayvalık. We created beautiful memories as a family. Thank you so much for everything!

The hotel is in a great location across the road from the beach. There is parking available and free use of beach loungers with hotel id. The rooms are reasonably sized but the beds are firm. The room lacked a few basic facilities like tea and coffee making but it was comfortable. Breakfast was OK but not great. Likewise the buffet dinner if you do half-board. Also beware that the location of the hotel on ******* is not correct. It is not in Ayvalik but 10km away at Sarimsakli Beach.

Breakfast and dinner were very nice, the staff was very kind and helpful, I was very satisfied. My next choice will be this hotel again. I recommend it to everyone.

Otelin konumu Sarımsaklı Plajı’nın tam karşısında yer alıyor ve muhteşem bir deniz manzarası sunuyor. Yemekler oldukça lezzetli, özellikle salata ve meze çeşitleri damak tadımıza çok uygundu. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Otel çalışanları son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü; otele adım attığımız andan itibaren sıcak bir karşılama ile karşılaştık. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.

Fabulous room with small balcony looking out to beach. Lovely staff who were friendly and helpful. Right across the road from the beach andcwe swam daily. Note: this hotel is not near the city centre so dining and shopping options are limited. However we caught the local bus in and out and were happy to stay spmewhere quiet and so close to the beach.

A comfortable, well appointed hotel - with friendly professional staff. My accommodation included 'half board' so breakfast and dinner was included. The food was great, very tasty, nicely presented and the portions generous (in fact maybe overly so). All in all, a great stay!
