Terrible! Service staff pushy and cheeky, they even asked for tips. Totally run down and dirty, finger prints on all smooth surfaces, hair from the previous guest all over the floor. You wouldn't even want to touch the toilet brush with a pair of tongs. Not to mention the skid marks from the previous guest in the toilet. If you went to reception and complained about it, all you heard was that they had a staffing problem and that you should wait. If you wanted to get a hamburger by the pool, you didn't use a fork or tongs, but your fingers. So terrible is still a good rating.

Ayvalık Sarimsakli ’daki bu otelde konaklamamız ne yazık ki beklentilerimizin çok altında kaldı. Odalar yeterince temiz değildi ve genel olarak bakım eksikliği hissediliyordu. Dusun bozuk oldugunu söyledikten 2 gün sonra ancak degistirdiler. Klima ise kendini bile sogutmuyordu, bunu da söylememe ragmen hic bir sey yapilmadi, calisiyor deyip gecistirdiler. Bu kadar sicak bir bölgede bir otelde neyin cok önemli oldugunu bir düsünün, Klima ve dus. Servis ve hizmetteki bu eksikliklere karsin, indirim istedim ama Kabul etmediler, halbuki ben ücretimi tam vermistim ama, karsilikginda hizmeti tam alamadim. Bu is icime oturdu, cingene pazarligi sonunda ictigimiz bir kokteyl ve bir kac kahve/su parasini almadilar. Personel kibar olsa da, sorunlarımıza çözüm bulmakta yetersiz kaldılar, kisisel hissiyatim, personel ve/veya kisimlar arasinda iletisim problemi var. Yönetimde de anti- profesyonel bir yaklasim oldugunu düsünüyorum, yanilabilirim, ama öyle hissettim. Otelin sunduğu hizmet ve olanaklar fiyatının karşılığını vermedi. I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel in my life. I have never seen a hotel with such a foul food smell. The person who greeted us at the door, Kaan, is probably blond. Other than that, how can a place with such a beautiful sea be run so poorly? The rooms are beyond filthy. The toilets are never clean, unfortunately, I went on vacation and had the toilet cleaned. The rooms are carpeted, the carpets smell of dust, it's awful. The towels are filthy, now yellow. The sink has never seen any cleaning products. During dinner, the corridors and the entire hotel are filled with an overwhelming fishy smell. We had trouble during dinner on the beach because the reception didn't give us our wristbands. It was as if we were sneaking out and eating. The food is a disgrace. Eat a salad and leave.

Probablement un des hôtels les plus sales et mal tenus que j’aie eu la malchance de fréquenter . Ménage des chambres très approximatif ( lavabo, baignoire, robinets jamais récurés) moquette sale et fatiguée, draps usagés et parfois même déchirés, lits pas toujours faits, poussière partout, climatisation défaillante, sets de table du petit déjeuner conservés entre les clients, serveurs négligents, service de pressing défaillant ( vêtements retournés repassés mais sales ), etc. À éviter malgré la position agréable en bord de plage.

The hotel is more than worth the money. The staff is wonderful. This is my fourth visit, and I leave happy every time. This year, I'd especially like to mention Mr. Murat. He's a very friendly and cheerful person who makes you feel right at home. I was very happy to meet him.
