AC Hotel by Marriott Kuantan Reviews

second stay at this hotel. it is a basic hotel. pool experience definitely can be better but i understand that this is not a resort. all basic needs are covered - internet, AC, room amenities, parking. no complains here. We found trail of ants in the toilet and hope they got sorted soon. room key has problems a few times, not sure why. was told cos of the phone magnet. Love the lavender pouch!

Love the king sized bed and all the big pillows. Room was big enough and comes with a sofa bed. Toilet also very clean and comes with bottled shower gels, shampoo and conditioner. Look very organised and complete. Food during breakfast was also very nice, served by well-mannered waiters and chefs. Plenty of delicious food to choose from. I particularly like the vege fritters they cooked, brings back old memories when i was little, living in kampung with my late mom. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience staying there and would definitely come back whenever I'm Kuantan.

Room were superb, nice ambience. Just the toilet is smelly, probably clogged and our room got power trip and their maintenance team were so helpful and assist us less than 10mins

The hotel very clean, Staff as all departments are friendly and good service. Highly recommend here.

I just knew AC by Marriot was previously known as Vistana Hotel. Place is very clean, the deco looks very luxurious yet neat & super straightforward. Parking is also convenient. The breakfast options could be better as I believe the variation is not that extensive as compared to other hotels, but its decent enough for me & my wife.

Fantastic service from the front desk. Upon check in they greeted me with a big smile. The room is model and clean. The breakfast taste ok but could have more variety.

Went to kuantan for friend wedding and I chose AV hotel. Clean room, everything is perfect and good. Recommended to everyone. Hotel located at town, around 10-15 minutes from Teluk Cempedak.

1st time here, what a great hotel. The room was 10/10, and the service can be better.

Overall a very pleasant experience. This is not the first time we stayed there. Always happy to return.

Love the premise. Just that the coffee does not provide creamer. Otherwise all is good, i am happy with the stay. Note: No Marriott Bonvoy points can be earned if booking via third party such as this platform or others. Need to be directly from Marriot apps/web.

Breakfast choice not many varieties, and the service was poor at the egg counter. I ordered sunny side up but waited 30mins, where in between I reminded the cook 3 times. The shower area in the bathroom is very narrow, which I find difficulties to even stretch my arms during showers and I am not a fat person. I strongly believe if you are muscular or bigger size should avoid this hotel, unless you book for the higher price room, might get a bigger room with bigger bathroom I guess.

Strategic location, friendly staffs and clean. However breakfast need to improve more, limited choice.
