房間温馨舒適，酒店大氣整潔。前台亞傑熱情細心，有資料需要打印，對電腦不太熟悉，很熱心的幫忙，臨走時還幫我燒了熱水，帶路上喝。言語之間就能感覺到對顧客的關心，很不錯的一次住宿體驗。

酒店服務態度不好，房間入住四天 兩次沒打掃，垃圾也沒有扔走的時候什麼樣回來了什麼樣。都是忙了一天晚上回來了又喊人過來打掃，累的不行還不能休息，房間隔音賊差，原本發燒休息，結果中途晚上被廣場舞吵的換了一個房間，然後第二天小區有人去世早上六點吹喇叭，還特地測試一下開窗户不開窗户的區別，發現沒區別。我是想要一個隔音好的，服務好的，環境好一點的選的縣城最貴的酒店 結果還不如住漢庭，真的就服務巨差，分開下的兩個訂單，續住的時候講過了 説不想再來前台刷房卡了，讓把兩個訂單續在一起，結果還是回來了被鎖在門外面，客房的前台電話打不通，打攜程電話告訴我説是摁零不是摁前台標識，請問你為什麼辦入住的時候不講呢，並且在這幾天裏面這個酒店的所有的服務人員一個道歉甚至不好意思都沒有，習以為常，我真是不知道你們幹什麼服務行業。
