2-Star Hotels in Kuala Selangor

First and foremost, we had our stay from 29/12/2020 until 31/12/2020 for a short vacation with my family. 1 day prior before arrival, i've made a call through the FO and request for comp anniversary deco but it is chcargeable instead around RM150 which was alright. During the process i've asked what sort of deco do they display and then they suddenly told me to contact the housekeeping instead to gather more info which was quite weird. Later on, another receptionist (Suraya) called me and happily assist me for setting the decoration for my parents and the overall was amazing which made my parents suprised. Kudos to Suraya & the team. On the next day, when we were about to leave for our activity, there was an unexpected incident where our car rear window was shattered due to contractor using grass trimmer right next to our cutter which cause several stones flew right through our rear window and was not happy about it. But then, the management willing to replace the new window on their behalf and able to settle it during the same day. Overall, the room was delightful but not much of soundproof room as the neighbor room were very loud and we can hear their voice. Other than that, we are glad to stay here with the management able to go for extra mile for the deco and change the car window. We will surely come again in the future and hope the staff can go extra mile for their returning guest. Warmest regards, Syamim

It seems like they just renovated the hotel. The room is clean. The hotel provides us towels, shower gels, coffee powder and kettle. If you have elders who have difficulties in walking, you can request staying on the ground floor but without windows. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay. However, my other family member's room has an electricity supply issue on the third day. The heater in the bathroom and plug in the room are not functional. The receptionist came and fixed it. Still, the room has the same problem. I forgot to take the photo.

The savages work there at the front desk. They refused check in a prepaid room within an hour.Conversation: When we booked? Two months ago. Which date? -I don’t remember exactly what your Wi-Fi password is, I’ll just take a look at the Hotels.com -We won’t say you aren’t a hotel customer. An hour later it is getting dark, I came to see the place of interest, but not find out. I will go, you find out in Hotels.com. Can I leave a backpack? -No, you are not a hotel customer .... Inadequate, what can i say...I, a client with a prepaid number, could not leave for an hour-backpack at the reception I had to walk for an 2 hours with a backpack of 8kg.Finally check in on arrival. The room is dead, cockroaches walk in jambs. But there is hair everywhere on the floor, as if someone had shed on it. Bed in yellow spots. Do not try to book this horror! Indian chain OYO(included this hotel)- go around the tenth dear!! Shame!

Not our first stay here. Clean room, great bathroom. Just nice for a short stay. But with the price paid, you’ll be expecting to get at least a mini fridge in the room. For those who are travelling with toddlers who need hot water for their milk, bring a thermos if you don’t want to keep going out from your room to get the hot water from the water dispenser. Book directly with the hotel to get a slightly cheaper price.

This hotel is very close to all the seafood restaurants. You can even walk if you want to. Less than 1km distance. Room was ok. Bed very soft but not bed sheet not very clean even after washed. Our room facing main road. Super noisy. Poor sound insulation. Other than that it was worth the stay. Good customer service.

A good hotel to stay overnight for those who are looking for accommodation while waiting for their spouse to visit the hospital... is there a pool yet, you know...
