I stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the service. I had to ask to change rooms three times because the air conditioning wasn’t working and there was a leak in the room. The food also fell short especially the rice, which wasn’t fully cooked. The place itself is beautiful, but the poor service really let it down. I hope they can improve on this in the future.

Very positive experience at reception. Heplful and informative. Buggy driver to our villa was polite and pleasant. A little way off from the main city area but of negligible consequence if one travels by car. Breakfast was sumptuous and freshly prepared. The outdoor pool was very inviting; we just didnt have enough time in KS to try it :)

Satisfied with the DePalma resort. While not a new hotel, the AC worked well, the bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water in the shower worked and the stay was without any problems. For birders staying in the area this is a good location. Check in and check out was fast. Staff was friendly.
