Shangri-La Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Stayed for 1 night only. Overall the service is impeccable. The highlight of this hotel is the free buggy services to suria klcc. I paid rm160+ upon check in and granted a room facing klcc at highest floor. It’s included buffet breakfast, tea time and cocktail. Love the food. Love the pool. Love the room and bathtub. But i notice this hotel lack in perfume scent. You know normally when we walked in the hotel, they have a special scent. But this hotel, there were none scent at the lobby /lift. At the corner of the room, there is a water filter like coway which i think is really beneficial to the customers. Kudos to the staff and everyone in traders!

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Great location in the city and overall a very pleasant experience.
