The location was strategic, near to famous place like Pavilion. The staff was friendly, good assist and guide .. me and my family comfortable stay on this property..đ«°đ«°
0.85km from Parkson Elite @ Pavillion Kuala Lumpur
Pros:
5 min walk to TRX, 8-10 min walk to Pavilion. Pretty good location for the price
Owner (Chris) was quite responsive and helpful during the check in process
Cons:
Some of the amenities were not available (e.g. no microwave, no cooking equipment like frying pan even though there is an induction stove, no detergent even though there is a washing machine), so it just feels like false advertisement at this point
Materials in the room feel pretty cheap. Walls are so thin I can hear what the next door tenants are talking about, and kept getting woken up by them at 3am
Next door condo/units have not been built up yet. Feels like I'm staying at a construction site
Doorbell applies to all units, so I got disturbed even when the doorbell was meant for the other unit
Swimming pool didn't feel very cleans, especially since many tenants were using it in their clothes đ€ź
TLDR: The location is good, but otherwise, the apartment feels cheap and many amenities as advertised are missing (i.e. cooking utensils, laundry detergent, etc.). Overall, price is decent for the location and cleanliness of the room, but there are definitely better booking options nearby (e.g. One Cochrane) which would make a much better overall staying experience.

The apartment is new, the swimming pool is very good, the gym is a bit small, the overall is very good, but the first floor is still being arranged and constructed, it is very close to TRX and Pavilion, about 5 minutes walk, the overall cost performance is very high, recommended!!!

Most Amazing view of the Petronas Twin Towers! They were aglow at night! So cool! Just across KLCC. Near convenience shop & hawker as well. The room was clean with basic amenities if you want to cook. Have Netflix but no YouTube. Seniors have their habit of watching their stuff on YouTube. At the rooftop pool, the towers are right up your nose! The KL Tower can be seen at the top as well.
It would have been nice of there were seats at the reception so the seniors could sit while we wait our turn for checkin.
Iâd book there again for the view and convenience!

My place is a preferred choice for luxury accommodation in the vicinity of KLCC and as it known as the Citys Commercial, Shopping & Entertainment Hub. The best part is the rooftop garden comes with stunning city views which includes Petronas Twin Towers. It's a perfect spot for those who refer to enjoy your stay with low density accommodation.
The apartment is within walking distance to major KL hotspots: KL Tower, Suria KLCC, Petronas Towers, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, and Aquaria KLCC. The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.

The room is spacious and the hygiene is up to standard. The Petronas Twin Towers are not far downstairs. This apartment is relatively inside and very quiet at night. There is a large Chinese supermarket nearby, where you can easily buy Chinese snacks, mineral water, etc., and you can use pay way (visa card)

I booked for the view of twin tower, however what I got is Menara KL. Cleanliness good. There is no safe box inside the room. If you need an extra amenities, you need to scan the QR code to place the order and they will send to your room. My room light flickering, and they sent the technician asap to rectified the issue. Hairdryer on and off, and they able to replaced it asap. Walking distance to MRT station as well as Twin Tower. Convenience stores just next to the building. Donât have a chance to use the swimming pool as itâs raining during our stayed. One thing that I feel disappointed is the sound proof very bad. Can hear all the vehicles honks and those mat rempit. Very noisy. Even middle of the night also still can hear. Itâs loud and clear. Canât really sleep . Other than this, everything was good. Hoping they able to do something with it.

Very spacious and clean room. But was told that room tv is only for show can't watch at all. The rest is very satisfied. If drive there don't go to carpark first. Park at the valet side and tell them u are checking in. I wasn't told to do that and cost me rm20 just for checking in.

This kind of room with a living room and kitchen is really necessary when taking the kids out. The location of the house is very good, very close to the Petronas Twin Towers and in the city center. If the kids are sleepy, I can bring them back for a nap. I will book here again next time I come!

Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasnât great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this âapartmentâ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.

Outstanding
GGuest UserMy experience of spending my new yearâs eve at the hotel was very disappointing. I personally will never ever come back again.
In our first room, the biggest issue we faced was that the aircon in the room did not work, and stayed at a constant temperature of 22 degrees celcius even when we adjusted the temperature to the extreme high of 40 degrees. The maintenance team came down on the second day and it was not resolved. We feed-backed to the hotel manager and she assigned us our second room, which had the same issue and we had to call the maintenance team down again. We were also faced with a few new issues of cleanliness such as dirty table tops (e.g. toothpaste residue in the toilet, random hair lying around and in the kettle), and being unable to connect to wifi after the room change. We wasted about 2 hours communicating with different staff teams and trying to settle into our new room. It was exhausting and such a waste of my precious holiday.
Another very unpleasant experience I had was regarding viewing of countdown fireworks. When I asked the front desk about free access to the skydeck, the receptionist said that I have to pay a cover charge of RM250 for entry after 10pm on new yearâs eve because they would be having a countdown party event. I was really upset about paying a premium price for the hotel rooms in order to gain complimentary access to the skydeck but needing to pay an extra amount for entrance just because it was new yearâs eve. I asked the manager about this, and they confirmed that hotel guests could still access the skydeck for free. But even on the day itself, the staff at the lift lobby kept saying that I had to pay RM150 to enter. It was as if they were trying to lead the hotel guests into thinking that they have to pay an additional price to gain access to the skydeck. I was about to blow up before another staff came over to say that hotel guests could go in but we just wouldnât be given any drinks. We didnât care about drinks anyway, so why couldnât they just let us go in after we showed them our room cards?? After we finally made it in, I was disappointed to find the gym closed because it had one of the best views of the twin towers. The staff themselves knew that too, and all went into the gym to take clear videos of the fireworks while we were on our toes struggling to even see the fireworks among the crowd outside. I know staff can have their own privileges but I canât help but be unhappy about it because just the previous day my partner and I were in the gym discussing about how it had the perfect view and we could exercise while waiting for the fireworks. There were no signs that said the gym would be closed then, so we assumed that it was opened on new yearâs eve as well. Fireworks were nice but I was so upset about the situation that I wasnât able to enjoy it thoroughly.
There were also other few areas that bugged me somewhat, but were not the dealbreakers (such as the body lotion being spoilt and smelling sour, or the soap dispenser being very hard to press down, or that there was only one chair in the room and we couldnât figure out how to sit together while eating in our room, or dirt marks on bathing towel). The wifi in the room was really annoyingly slow (videos get stuck every 2 seconds), and we did feedback to the reception but they could only inform the IT team and nothing else could be done about it.
Ofcourse there are plus points, such as the nice fruit plate that were given to us for our anniversary, the big room, the toiletries that were of good quality, good breakfast spread, and friendly staff. As much as I appreciated it, it did not make me feel better because these are part of my expectations for a five-star hotel.
Perhaps I had expectations too high for the hotel just because it is a five-star, and may be way too subjective in my review. But all in all, I will not be coming back again.
PPeaceBeUponUsStaycation during CNY !
Everything about this hotel is perfect except :
1. Parking lane at Pan Pac, near the exit is very narrow esp for long cars ! Having a hard time navigating the car to avoid scratches.
Park no higher than level 4 to avoid the narrow lane.
2. Toilet ocassionally, emits a strange stinky smell due to drainage issues, but was immediately resolved by the technician.
Breakfast is just so so.
FFazliUsofGood services by check in counter, eventhough public holiday super busy.
Got upgraded room with excellent views.
Room is very roomy and clean, kitchen with ample amenities and cooking utensils and all working condition.
Great batheoom with shower and bathtub and clean towels.
Got 2 televisions in room and outside.
Overall was a memorable stay.
GGuest UserPros: The staffs are helpful. Gym is nice Room is beautiful Cons: The WIFI is not working most of the time despite it is available for free but it cant be connected There are rooms for improvements as it is still under refurbishment The housekeeping is not available at night Will definitely visit again
MMuhammad Haziq Aiman Abu BakarThis hotel very very very good and nice in my opinion, they got 2 in 1 washing machine and dryer, bathroom spacious and very good in term of everything, they also got small kitchen that I can optionally cook, the refrigerator is huge!
The king bed and pillow very very good that you can sleep very well. Room quite dark because of lack of light but I like it. Its very feels like home.
I not suggesting to have breakfast here because of very minimal choices but mee goreng for me delicious!
Rooftops pool seems nice with the minimal view, you need proper attire according to guideline.
WWan JinNice location ! Very near to petaling street and REXKL and even some of the shopping malls and tourist attraction. Walkung distance ! Will stay here again.
However, for the bathroom, our drainage system for the shower is stuck. And the water pressure is not enough.
Others are quite good.
AAhammedA very big thank to Easy hotel for making our family stay in KL a very pleasant one. Reasons?
1. Located close to KL sentral
2. Every single staff is very very friendly. They are always willing to help you with their services and information. Some of them even went beyond duty to help us.
3. There are couple of restaurants just downstairs. They are open 24/7. Even you are late to arive at the hotel, you will get something to eat.
4. NU Sentral shoppingg centre is just across the street.
KK, 7/11 just next door.
5. There is a mosque (Madasahatul Ghauchhiyah), just 5 minutes walk to the hotel.
6. Taxi drivers know this hotel, so it will be easy to comeback to the hotel, whereever you are.
7. Communication is very easy from Easy hotel.
It's really a EASY HOTEL!
AAdrianNRA fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasnât great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.
VVithiaBooked the hotel for the name of the hotel since it is located in the central of KL. Was unappealing with the room booked because it was not clean especially the toilet. The toilet wasnât equipped with a water shower instead of the old shower head with 2 different temperature. The bed had blood stain as well. The front desk staff was friendly upon check in. The hotel provides free parking for the guest. There are convenience store nearby which is supposed to open 24 hours, yet closed when visited at 7am. Only the Lobby looked new, not the rooms.
GGuest UserStaying with my husband for business purposed. Booking through Floresta Hotel websites & got discount too. The room worth the price. It was budget hotel but still nice in terms of room cleanliness, amenities & facilities. The staff are very helpful & kind. The one who served us is Ms Sofea. She's so nice, we came here for a business but decided to extend since it was a nice hotel. And Ms Sofea help to arrange room with good view. And lurveee the lobby, feels like you're in jungle. It was nice if you put fake river too haha.
