Not too bad but I was selected no corners room but they give me a Conner room. ( what the point of asking) aircon very warm and difficult to set. Room all mirror I really don’t like it is too much and I feel scary. Working table is uncomfortable. Location is not bad. I was stayed in Novotel and Pullman I prefer that area better. Only good is breakfast. This my first time stay in this hotel because of my coworker favorite. If Novotel is above my budget I prefer in Melia better.
🌟 ”Suite Dreams in the Heart of KL!” 🌟
Last week, I stayed at Pan Pacific Serviced Suites Bukit Bintang, and let me just say — this place is next-level comfort meets city vibes! ✨
🛌 The suite was spacious, stylish, and came with all the comforts of home — plus a view of the vibrant KL skyline that lit up beautifully at night.
☕ Mornings started with a warm cup of coffee in the in-room kitchenette, and I loved how quiet and cozy everything felt despite being right in the heart of the city.
🛍️ Location? 10/10! Just steps away from Pavilion, Lot 10, and Jalan Alor's famous street food. I literally walked everywhere — whether for late-night desserts or shopping therapy.
🏊♂️ The infinity pool and well-equipped gym added the perfect touch of wellness during the trip.
✨ My Pro Tips:
✅ Book a high-floor room for the best cityscape views!
🍜 Don’t miss Jalan Alor at night — bring cash and an empty stomach.
🚆 Bukit Bintang MRT is super close — KL exploring made easy.
📷 Bring your best camera gear — the sunset from the pool deck is Instagram gold.
Whether you're here for business, a romantic escape, or a solo recharge, Pan Pacific Bukit Bintang is the perfect KL retreat that blends convenience, luxury, and warm hospitality.
🌆 Trust me, you’ll leave refreshed — and maybe just a little reluctant to go home!

I will give 9/10 ratings. I love this hotel, the service, the location, the cleanliness but 1 point deduct because i dont get what i requested. Its my family first time staying this luxury hotel in center of kuala lumpur so i request to get room with good view and high floor but its a waste i only get stay at lower floor and another building is our view.
