The rooftop pool is enormous with views of KL Tower. Located in Bukit Bintang with quick access to Raja Chulan metro. This is a spacious serviced apartment which is great for longer holidays. I would stay here again.

We love everything about Park Royal! The staff are so attentive and helpful. The location is so convenient, being right smack in the central area of KL (right beside Lot 10)! The rooms are so new, spacious and clean! We love how the hotel smells too! If you booked rooms under the Collection Club, you will also be entitled to the Collection Club benefits! They even celebrated our birthday! Truly enjoyed our stay with Park Royal and we are definitely coming back again.

Excellent choice of hotel for our family of 4. We stayed in a two bedrooms apartment, which is spacious enough. The bedrooms are in good size too. Location is really very ideal! It's within walking distance (＜ 10 minutes walk) to the Starhill shopping area and TRX, or a short taxi ride (RM10 for Grab during non-peak hour, cheaper than parking fees!). Want to make a special mention for Pan Pacific to make a great effort for sustainability - where a water filter for drinking water is installed in every unit! For this very reason, this hotel will always be my first choice when I go back to KL again.
