Overall okay but lift area is super crowded and long waiting time. Nevertheless, good for short term stay and has a Co working space with nice view

Right before arriving we were informed of room change due to leak in booked room. Although switching to 2 rooms instead of 1 was not optimal, amount of total space was an upgrade. The rooms had plenty of amenities and were clean inside. Hallways outside could be better kept. Pool looked great and used the gym which was nice to have.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Royce Residence Hotel to celebrate her birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From start to finish, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The surroundings are beautiful, and the hotel itself feels luxurious yet cozy. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The modern design and comfortable amenities made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially loved the view from our room, which added a special touch to the celebration. What truly made our stay memorable was the staff’s attentiveness and kindness. They went above and beyond to make my girlfriend’s birthday special, and she was absolutely thrilled with the experience. She even gave the stay a perfect 9/10! Overall, Royce Residence Hotel is an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and memorable stay in Kuala Lumpur. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

The food scene is awesome, from Malaysian street fare to international cuisines to nightclubbing.
