Ibis Properties in Kuala Lumpur

The room is clean, but seems a bit outdated. TV didn't work, the gym is also basic. The location is actually pretty bad, not close to the city center / the twin tower at all. It seems close, but it takes at least 15 minutes on foot. There are no shopping malls nearby, all you got is a convenience shop across the street. Would recommend staying in hotels near the pavilion.

I called the night shift reception — no apology, slow response, just treated it like it was normal. - 2nd & 3rd day: Smart TV finally worked, but the remote control was faulty. - 4th day: Finally, everything worked 😅 Breakfast was a highlight — good selection and tasty! Would I come back? Not sure. Depends on how the next visit goes.
