The room was big , but only two towel, room cleaning need to make an appointment via WhatsApp... and Walter they also Not give free...only If you als for . breakfast is really Not OK for the price they charging. and the workers there told me during Check in in the Same building is Hotel named face suit and the rooms i booked He conpare me Like AirBNB ...that was the First Stück for the Service and housekeeping person... they Not come by them self . Aircondition is to much loud. i would Not reccomand this place If you are used to have better rooms for this price .

This suite was large and comfortable. The room boasts very large bathroom, separate bedroom, refrigerator, microwave, oven, WiFi, and a washer/dryer combo which is excellent! All one would need for a long term stay. Well worth the price! It was close enough to everything that you would need and highly accessible to drivers. Great experience and will stay there again!

We had a great experience overall with these apartments. The location is excellent — central, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a great layout and a beautiful view. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and everything worked well throughout our time there. One thing we would like to note, however, is the 300 MYR cash deposit that was requested upon arrival. While we completely understand the need for a deposit — and it was fairly returned upon checkout — it would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly in advance. Not everyone carries cash, and in our case, it created an inconvenience as we had to leave to withdraw money right after checking in. A simple heads-up beforehand would have solved this. Other than that, everything was smooth, and we’d gladly stay here again in the future.

The previous stay was so bad that we immediately booked JW Marriot Hotel and arrived to the hotel next morning. The staff was nice and arranged us room in a short time so we can settle down and continue our trip. Everything was way too good when compared to our last stay. I really enjoy the stay in JW marriot

Perfect stay for a business trip in KL to attend meetings in and around town. Best part about the location is that across the road is the KL Central station. You have access to almost all the public transport options from here!!!

Hotel Maya in a perfect location—just a 5-minute walk to KLCC. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The air-conditioning was cold, the water pressure in the bathroom was strong, great hot water and bathtub was a nice touch. We also appreciated complimentary WiFi, free parking and the wide variety of breakfast options. However, The room had a musty or damp smell, which was unpleasant. The TV was outdated and the picture quality wasn’t great. The bidet was faulty and had to be turned on and off manually. Surprisingly, for a 5-star hotel, bottled water wasn’t provided in the room—we had to use a water dispenser located in the corridor near the elevators. Overall, the stay was decent, but there's definitely room for improvement, especially considering the hotel's 5-star rating.

We are two families of 7pax going for a weekend overnight outing. We checked in an Airbnb with 4.95 rating and to our horror the place smells like sewerage, human waste in toilet bowl, curtain falls of rail, stained bedsheet etc all the horrible things you can think of. It was a nightmare, definitely not a 4.95 experience. We left the place in disgust and in the hurry to find new place to stay, by luck we found this gem online. Mind you we stayed in many of the 4-5* hotels in the kl golden triangle area and i don’t know why we never thought of Ascott KL even though we frequent Ascott Penang. The other hotels were good, but for the size of my company, this place is perfect! Some may say the design is from the last season, but we don’t mind it at all. Its clean, has great facilities, spacious, absent from foul odour even in the toilet. That’s all we ask for! Shoutout to the team especially Ms Shahira who listens to our story sympathetically and went above and beyond to turn our disastrous day back into an enjoyable one. We’d probably return soon!

We came for a getaway in December 2024 and stayed in Sofitel. Tucked in a quiet area, it was out of the way from the city centre. The staff were always eager to greet or hold the doors for guests, which were very thoughtful. The hotel was exquisite looking and the interior was beautifully decorated with christmas items. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel staff would bring you to your assigned seat for breakfast and serve you coffee/tea as you wished. We weren’t able to describe the breakfast spread, you have to see it for yourself! All the delicacies from Malaysia in this dining area (from roti changi, congee, noodles, nasi lemak, chicken rice, ayam masak merah, different types of cheese, deli and honey are provided. We took star anise honey for 1 day and cinnamon honey for the other. There’s also salad bar, mini fruit cups and different types of yoghurts for you to choose. Also, the hotel is located next to Damansara City Mall where there’s a huge grocer and you can walk to Pavilion Damansara Heights (within 5 to 10 minutes) for Massage, shopping or dining option. We also opted for a set of afternoon tea at the lounge, it was nice to relax and ate some pastries. We love this hotel, highly recommended if you’re looking for a quiet place with food options available!❤️
