The entrance to the place is a bit difficult to find and if you missed out the entrance, will have to take some time to go back. Overall still ok consider the price and the numbers of guests can accommodate.

Good location located in the heart of KLCC next to Petronas tower, the room is normal standard for FS hotel not beyond. BF also nice they have western, Malay and Chinese food, Front desk also greeting and reminded our stayed record at others FS but not offer to upgrade the room🙂↕️

A Truly Memorable Stay with Stunning Views & Outstanding Service Our stay at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Kuala Lumpur was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was impeccable. Every staff member we interacted with was warm, professional, and eager to help. The highlight of our experience was the stunning view of the iconic KLCC right from our room. Waking up and seeing the Petronas Twin Towers so close was breathtaking, especially at night when they lit up the skyline. The room itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and felt luxurious in every way. A special mention must go to Mohammad at the reception counter. He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, helping us with a late checkout and ensuring we were given a room with an amazing KLCC view. His attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism truly stood out and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, MO exceeded our expectations in every way, world-class service, incredible views, and a prime location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We left with wonderful memories and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL. We’ll definitely be returning!

The location is absolutely fantastic, with a landmark building visible right outside the window. The suite itself is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for families, and there's ample room for everyone to spread out. The front desk staff were wonderfully warm and helpful, and communication was seamless. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be choosing this place again on my next visit.

This location is great! I booked this room type to see the twin towers. Go downstairs. The hotel room is big enough, the household appliances are all Sony Bosch, these hardware are particularly good. But the hygiene is too bad. I sincerely recommend that if you live here, you bring everything yourself, such as towels, disposable quilts, etc. They should not be replaced. It looks dirty. My child and I didn’t dare to take off our clothes and sleep.

Amazing stay. Great comfortable apartment. The admin was friendly and very accommodating and the proximity to the Petronas Towers and subway was incredible. The views from the swimming pool was breathtaking. A great stay. We will definitely repeat!

It's quite scary. I can't even get to the front desk on the 25th floor. Alipay and WeChat are not available. All the service is provided by Indian guys. It may not be suitable for families with higher requirements.
