Food Lucky Lucky Foodcourt is located on the Lower Ground floor and has several stalls offering a wide variety of food. Our favourite is The Matzip Korean food. There is also Starbucks and 7-11 on Level 1 and Kapitan Tandoori opposite the hotel. Opposite the hotel is a condominium block with a convenience shop and a supermarket: * Eco-Shop @ Permaisuri * Homes Fresh Grocer Permaisuri

The location is very close to the playground, shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. MRT is nearby, Very suitable and convenient. In terms of the hotel, the customer service staff is very friendly. The design of the room is not very ideal for hotel accommodation. Especially the toilet door and the washing area are too close to each other so that they cannot be used at the same time. Once the door is opened, it will disturb the other washing. There is no air conditioning in the corridor and elevator, which is a bit stuffy. The bed is very comfortable, and it is suitable for children. It is not suitable for three people to choose a single bed, which is too small. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful, and the children also like it.

The location was fantastic—right next to my office, making it super convenient. There’s a station just a short walk away, which made it easy to reach popular spots like Bukit Bintang and TRX within minutes. I didn’t have to worry about commuting at all, which was a big plus. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a big bathroom. They provide all the toiletries you need, and will restock daily on request. The only downside was the table counter area, which seemed to constantly attract ants. I tried cleaning it and wiping it down on the first day, but the ants kept coming back, even though I couldn’t find where they were coming from. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating having to deal with it daily. Luckily, it didn’t impact my stay too much, and I was able to manage around it.

I really love the hotel. It's in the city but somewhat hidden from the hustle bustle. The hotel is not huge but enough. I stayed with my family for one night for our staycation in KL. We stay in the double queen room. The room is so spacious and so clean. I am worried since there are few reviews stating how they should improve their cleanliness but during my stay I'm very very satisfied. The complimentery toiletries however make me question why should we ask for toothbrush instead of just placing it there. I mean, quite an essential isn't? The breakfast doesnt come together with the room that I booked so we add on separately. 1 adult costed RM25. Is it worth the price? Hmm... for me, not really. They could've put more varities on the pastry. But the taste so far is satisfactory. Service is good too just wish that the concierge a bit more friendlier. He's not unfriendly, just a bit more friendlier will be nice since you greet the customer, aite?

Feedback as follows: 1. Upon check in, we found the entrance door lock was mulfunctions. Immediatwly contact Host will send someone to repair. However, it is not done. 2. Sofa bed which listed as facilities was not able to use. After much conversation with Host, she send service staff to fix the issue. 3. Master bathroom window couldnt close. 4. No kettle to boil hot water which is unacceptable. The worst is Kitchen did not equipped with cooking pot which we can boil water. Overall, house is not ready to cheeck in guests. please look into the safety of guests. Good side is clean & comfortable bed.

The location is convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Cheras area, with good access to local eateries and public transportation. The staff was friendly and responsive, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, I’d recommend Arte Cheras to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with a twist of artistic flair. It’s a great spot for both business and leisure travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere.

The customer service will send you the video of each location, the check in counter, the carpark location. Make sure to look at them and memorize. The car park is a huge 1 and with very minimum sign board, I recommend to take your car and identify where is the parking lot and entrance to the designated block. After this 2 difficult part is settle, the others are just fine. Rooms are cheap with such rate. Shopping mall is just located downstairs.

We did not expect that the location was literally right next to Ekocheras mall and were very pleased as to how close the place was to the places we were going to. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed! Also, we really loved the soft bed and pillows, it was so comfy to sleep on ✨ Hosts were very responsive and very kind, thank you so much we appreciate it, definitely recommend ❤️
