Cons:
1. Jacuzzi & warm swimming pool level 3A is only for long term guests
2. The breakfast is at same place as foodcourt (many chinese restaurant), thus got us a little query regarding whether it’s halal (but already confirmed with staff, food served is halal, can double check & ask if want more reassurance)
3. No telephone in room to call reception, not explained how to contact them
Pros:
1. Great stay. Brought my husband & parents. Studio room is convenient. Had 2 rooms with sliding door. A lil privacy. Also has a sofa with tv outside the 2 rooms. We stayed 1 night on a weekdays
2. The pool at 6th floor is nice, view from the 6th floor is also beautiful - get to see the lake “Taman Tasik permaisuri”
3. The lake is accessible from LG floor & just beside the foodcourt where they serve breakfast
4. Game room is fun. 1 Pingpong table, 2 Pool table, 1 air hockey table, many arcade machine
5. Privacy - to access any floor must use card, if forget to bring card, no access.
6. Variety breakfast spread. Had porridge, miso soup, breads, pancakes, hash browns, scramble eggs, beans, sausages, fried mee, fresh vegetables, watermelon, 1-2 types of kuih, orange cordial, hot tea & coffee, cereals, milk (diluted with ice)
7. Hotel just in front of Kapitan restaurant, have 7-Eleven store at groundfloor and 5-10 mins drive from shophouses - cafes, restaurants, laundry
8. Hot shower with excellent water pressure
Facilities: Excellent.
Cleanliness: Decent and acceptable.
Location: Its incredibly convenient surroundings are definitely the biggest highlight.
Service: It was just okay. It's common in Malaysia for check-in to be at 3 PM, so guests arriving earlier will have to wait in the lobby. This seems to be a standard policy for most hotels.
Comfort stay at Innside by Melia. Somemore, there are quite a lot of food selections nearby the food court located at Ekocheras Shopping Mall. Will visit and stay again.

Good location for gathering, mall is not crowded, restaurants, karaoke, grocery, etc. however Is super headache for traveler with more than 1 vehicle. Cos is only allocate 1 car park. Mall parking rates is per hour count, no max per day limit. For those travel by train or grab service is ok. Cos the right parking lot is not easy to spot, park wrongly management will clamp, penalty RM100. Becaruful. Can book unless no choice. Only enjoy the sky link bridge and the top floor night view.
We just touched down in Malaysia from China last night and were really happy to find how smooth and easy the late-night check-in was! The unit was super comfortable — aircond worked great, water supply was strong, and the bed was very comfy after a long flight. The place looks exactly like the photos — clean, bright, and cozy.
What we loved most was the convenience: it’s walking distance to Taman Mutiara MRT station, so getting to places like TRX and Lalaport was really easy. Plus, there’s a food court nearby, so we didn’t have to go far for a good meal.
The team was also amazing — always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Really appreciate their prompt replies and warm service. Perfect spot for a short stay in KL. Highly recommended!
The hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Kangle Night Market, which is quite convenient. There is a restaurant and convenience store downstairs. The decoration style of the B&B is very beautiful, mainly in blue, which is very suitable for a family to live together. The only thing is that the bed sheets are a little dirty
The customer service will send you the video of each location, the check in counter, the carpark location. Make sure to look at them and memorize. The car park is a huge 1 and with very minimum sign board, I recommend to take your car and identify where is the parking lot and entrance to the designated block. After this 2 difficult part is settle, the others are just fine. Rooms are cheap with such rate. Shopping mall is just located downstairs.

I had a fantastic stay at Bai Yi’s place! The home was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was fast, and we really appreciated the early check-in when a thunderstorm was approaching. The master bedroom had an amazing view, and the space felt very welcoming overall.
However, we did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The master bathroom drain was completely blocked — the floor flooded as soon as water touched it. Since it was urgent, we didn’t wait for housekeeping and ended up opening the drain ourselves. It was very dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
Also, upon arrival, we were surprised to find the previous guest’s luggage still in the unit — and even more concerning, they still had a spare key. There was no grill door installed, so we had to block the door handle with the ironing board for peace of mind. Thankfully, nothing happened during our 2-night stay, but this should definitely be addressed for future guests’ safety.
Despite these concerns, the location was excellent — just a short walk to shops, cafes, and public transport. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. With a bit more attention to safety and maintenance, this place would be near-perfect.
I would still consider staying here again and recommend it to others visiting KL. Thank you, Bai Yi!
The hotel is in a good location with nice amenities, making it a comfortable place to stay. However, the service could use improvement. There was a noticeable language barrier with the staff, which made communication a bit challenging. Daily housekeeping was not consistent—there was no one to check in with about cleaning the room or changing towels. Overall, it’s a good place if you’re looking for decent facilities, but better service and clearer communication would really enhance the experience.

Amazing
GGuest UserArea is very convenient! Very comfy place but could use some touch up especially on the broken sofa and broken lights. Other than that, i would come back here again in the my future travels to Kuala Lumpur~
GGuest UserThis trip was Second time I stay here .They invite me by showing big kindness and put the letter written grateful I come here again for me .
Repeating to have break fast, they caught what I tend to order, they ware getting used to realize what I'm gonna order. So they served coffee without my order one day. When I meet them, they don't forget to greet me.
NNORATIKAH ISHAH GHANII recently had the opportunity to stay at Arte Cheras by Awesomestay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for couples looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet, quality time together. The ambiance truly promotes peace of mind, which made our short getaway very relaxing.
However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The host had requested that we reach out via WhatsApp 24 hours before check-in for further instructions. When I did so, the response I received was a bit abrupt, advising me to message again an hour before check-in instead. This left some room for confusion and could have been handled more courteously. Additionally, we were told the Jacuzzi spa closed at 10pm, but unfortunately discovered it actually closes at 8pm. This discrepancy in information was disappointing, as we had planned our evening around it.
That said, the stay itself was still enjoyable, and with clearer communication and more accurate information, it has great potential to offer an even better guest experience.
