I stayed for one night in Room 901 at Komune Living & Wellness and was left quite disappointed. While the room initially appeared clean and modern, I was shocked to find a cockroach inside. This raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness and hygiene standards.
To make matters worse, the air conditioner was not functioning properly. Even after setting the temperature as low as 10°C, the room remained warm and stuffy, making it very uncomfortable to sleep.
I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues promptly. A hotel of this standard should uphold much better quality and cleanliness for its guests.
The location of the hotel is great as it is right in the heart if cheras area. The best part about this hotel is the free beverages in the fridge and also the auto late check out timing.

This trip was Second time I stay here .They invite me by showing big kindness and put the letter written grateful I come here again for me .
Repeating to have break fast, they caught what I tend to order, they ware getting used to realize what I'm gonna order. So they served coffee without my order one day. When I meet them, they don't forget to greet me.
The customer service will send you the video of each location, the check in counter, the carpark location. Make sure to look at them and memorize. The car park is a huge 1 and with very minimum sign board, I recommend to take your car and identify where is the parking lot and entrance to the designated block. After this 2 difficult part is settle, the others are just fine. Rooms are cheap with such rate. Shopping mall is just located downstairs.
The location is perfect it’s right next to the mall and in the city. The staff are cheerful and helpful. The janitors work very hard to make up and clean up the rooms. The aircon however is quite windy and the direction is towards the bed, that makes a little uncomfortable. The shower gel and shampoo are very basic. The towels are not pure white. Breakfast was so so. All in all, it is still a good hotel. Just need some more improvements.
Good location for gathering, mall is not crowded, restaurants, karaoke, grocery, etc. however Is super headache for traveler with more than 1 vehicle. Cos is only allocate 1 car park. Mall parking rates is per hour count, no max per day limit. For those travel by train or grab service is ok. Cos the right parking lot is not easy to spot, park wrongly management will clamp, penalty RM100. Becaruful. Can book unless no choice. Only enjoy the sky link bridge and the top floor night view.
The hotel has the best value for money nearby. There are a lot of food around, and many cats are very docile and can be touched. The owner was very enthusiastic and answered my questions seriously. Friends who come to travel, this hotel is really worth a try.
I had an overall pleasant experience at Bai Yi Homestay. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Its prime location—just a short walk to Sunway Velocity Mall—makes it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around.
However, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. One of the mattresses in a bedroom was overly soft and appeared to be worn out, sinking down to the divan and making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the water pressure in the master bathroom was quite low, which affected the overall shower experience.
With a few improvements, this homestay has strong potential to offer an even better guest experience. Nonetheless, it remains a good option for those seeking a clean and strategically located place to stay near Sunway Velocity.

Outstanding
GGuest UserThe hotel is about ten minutes' drive from Kangle Night Market, which is quite convenient. There is a restaurant and convenience store downstairs. The decoration style of the B&B is very beautiful, mainly in blue, which is very suitable for a family to live together. The only thing is that the bed sheets are a little dirty
GGuest UserGood location.
Near to shopping mall and easy access to food and beverage.
No QR code provided for us to check in. Therefore, the security blocking us for check in. And our calls (using 4 different devices to make call - cause us more one hour we stucked at security check point) to the management didn't being answer by the person in charge. Until we call to Trip·com to file in complain then the person in charge returning our call.
This unit the whole floor very dusty. No up to date cleaning.
Only one unit remote control provided for all the air condition and no remote control for the ceiling fans.
Tables provided also very fragile.
LLAM CHEE CHOONGWe just touched down in Malaysia from China last night and were really happy to find how smooth and easy the late-night check-in was! The unit was super comfortable — aircond worked great, water supply was strong, and the bed was very comfy after a long flight. The place looks exactly like the photos — clean, bright, and cozy.
What we loved most was the convenience: it’s walking distance to Taman Mutiara MRT station, so getting to places like TRX and Lalaport was really easy. Plus, there’s a food court nearby, so we didn’t have to go far for a good meal.
The team was also amazing — always responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Really appreciate their prompt replies and warm service. Perfect spot for a short stay in KL. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserArea is very convenient! Very comfy place but could use some touch up especially on the broken sofa and broken lights. Other than that, i would come back here again in the my future travels to Kuala Lumpur~
RRohan GanesanI recently stayed at Arte Cheras and was impressed by its unique design and comfortable accommodations. The hotel has a bold, artistic aesthetic that gives it a fresh and modern vibe. From the striking lobby decor to the beautifully designed rooms, Arte Cheras truly lives up to its name as a “work of art.”
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the essentials, including a cozy bed, good Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. I particularly appreciated the unique decor elements in the room, which made it feel different from standard hotels. The rooftop pool area was another highlight—perfect for relaxing with an amazing view of the city.
The location is convenient for exploring Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding Cheras area, with good access to local eateries and public transportation. The staff was friendly and responsive, always willing to assist with any questions or requests.
Overall, I’d recommend Arte Cheras to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with a twist of artistic flair. It’s a great spot for both business and leisure travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere.
NNORATIKAH ISHAH GHANII recently had the opportunity to stay at Arte Cheras by Awesomestay, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for couples looking to unwind and enjoy some quiet, quality time together. The ambiance truly promotes peace of mind, which made our short getaway very relaxing.
However, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The host had requested that we reach out via WhatsApp 24 hours before check-in for further instructions. When I did so, the response I received was a bit abrupt, advising me to message again an hour before check-in instead. This left some room for confusion and could have been handled more courteously. Additionally, we were told the Jacuzzi spa closed at 10pm, but unfortunately discovered it actually closes at 8pm. This discrepancy in information was disappointing, as we had planned our evening around it.
That said, the stay itself was still enjoyable, and with clearer communication and more accurate information, it has great potential to offer an even better guest experience.
