Awesome stay at Komune, which is located next to a nice park. Good for a short stay or a long stay. They have good facilities for assisted living, very near HUKM too.

The location was fantastic—right next to my office, making it super convenient. There’s a station just a short walk away, which made it easy to reach popular spots like Bukit Bintang and TRX within minutes. I didn’t have to worry about commuting at all, which was a big plus. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped. I had everything I needed: a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and a big bathroom. They provide all the toiletries you need, and will restock daily on request. The only downside was the table counter area, which seemed to constantly attract ants. I tried cleaning it and wiping it down on the first day, but the ants kept coming back, even though I couldn’t find where they were coming from. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did get a bit frustrating having to deal with it daily. Luckily, it didn’t impact my stay too much, and I was able to manage around it.

The location is very close to the playground, shopping malls, supermarkets and restaurants. MRT is nearby, Very suitable and convenient. In terms of the hotel, the customer service staff is very friendly. The design of the room is not very ideal for hotel accommodation. Especially the toilet door and the washing area are too close to each other so that they cannot be used at the same time. Once the door is opened, it will disturb the other washing. There is no air conditioning in the corridor and elevator, which is a bit stuffy. The bed is very comfortable, and it is suitable for children. It is not suitable for three people to choose a single bed, which is too small. The swimming pool is very clean and beautiful, and the children also like it.

I really love the hotel. It's in the city but somewhat hidden from the hustle bustle. The hotel is not huge but enough. I stayed with my family for one night for our staycation in KL. We stay in the double queen room. The room is so spacious and so clean. I am worried since there are few reviews stating how they should improve their cleanliness but during my stay I'm very very satisfied. The complimentery toiletries however make me question why should we ask for toothbrush instead of just placing it there. I mean, quite an essential isn't? The breakfast doesnt come together with the room that I booked so we add on separately. 1 adult costed RM25. Is it worth the price? Hmm... for me, not really. They could've put more varities on the pastry. But the taste so far is satisfactory. Service is good too just wish that the concierge a bit more friendlier. He's not unfriendly, just a bit more friendlier will be nice since you greet the customer, aite?

Easy check in and out. The place is spacious for families to stay. Amenities are good which the kids enjoyed. With mall nearby and other places to explore and eat. Easy to book grab. Speedy replies from the owner. Overall may use this place again in the future.

The admin is very responsive if you have any questions. The unit is so nice and clean and very comfortable. Also the mall is just down the condo so you can easily order food or buy necessities plus the connecting bridge going to MRT is very helpful 😊 super recommended.

Overall average. 1. Room size smaller than expected but acceptable. 2. No metal securtiy door guide, feel not safe at night. 3. Found ants on the table (mostly) and few on wall and bed; hygiene concerns. 4. Access to guest floor opens to everyone. No control in lift and from lift lobby to each floor. Safety concerns. 5. Parking isn't free. Only free for first bill.

The staff was friendly and responsive, always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Overall, I’d recommend Arte Cheras to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay with a twist of artistic flair. It’s a great spot for both business and leisure travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere.

The customer service will send you the video of each location, the check in counter, the carpark location. Make sure to look at them and memorize. The car park is a huge 1 and with very minimum sign board, I recommend to take your car and identify where is the parking lot and entrance to the designated block. After this 2 difficult part is settle, the others are just fine. Rooms are cheap with such rate. Shopping mall is just located downstairs.

Travelled with friends. The place is in a convenient location, clean, and spacious. Enough to accommodate all 5 of us. Will really recommend it to others 💛
