Nice hotel, very clean, excellent customer service, strategic location (near MRT station), the breakfast buffet is also nice, considering the price of the room.

A fairly nice hotel in a good location near a Spartan rave venue I was racing at. The highway by the hotel room was a bit noisy and the lighting inside the room wasn’t great as I could simply have one bedside light on by itself. However, the bathroom was nice and the best was comfortable.

The hotel corridors and elevator are not well lit which is scary at night. Corridor had a leaking cieling. Room was just okay for one night and bring your own water. Very close to the TBS so convenient for an early bus.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel because it's very close to where I take classes and there's free parking on weekends. The first two stays were good, except for one or two ants on the table, but overall it was good. But this third experience left me very disappointed. The water pressure in the shower was very low, the toilet could not flush water, and the water was cut off immediately. and The air conditioner is leaking. Hope it can be improved.

I really love this residence. The parking area is so spacious and convenient. The check-in process is smooth and easy. There are 2 parking provided for us. The unit is very spacious, clean, beautiful interior and so lovely with well-equipped necessities. View is amazing as well. Out of my many stays in KL/ Selangor, this one is definitely my number 1. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I would definitely repeat staying at this property. Thank you dear awesome host!

i was told them i will be late for check in due to late arrival of flight, but when i was there, they told me fully booked, i was angry and ask them why i could be happen while i was confirm by trip.com.. after that, the staff said there is a room just check out, give them 20 min for house keeping, so i was wondering is it they sell the room because they miss the message i wrote for them... and the mineral water given in the room is just only 250ml for 2 bottle only...

its not my 1st time at Hotel Caliber, as always budget friendly and convenient parking. Except the last round i was there, the hotel smells like alot of people smoking. otherwise, it was a great hotel for business trip.

There are two rooms with windows, but only one room has a window when I arrived. The price is different for rooms with and without windows. The room is simple, with nothing in it, and it smells bad.

This is my solo trip to kl. Firstly, it is located near TBS. The most convenient point is there is a bus T560 can reach sungai besi lrt and can easily go to Bukit Jalil or to TRX. The hotel room impression is simple and tidy. It is good to have short term trip to kl.
