The toilet could be cleaner, as there’s mold and a old worn off paint look for the wall and ceiling, which feels unclean. Also please fix your wi-fi, floor 6 doesn’t work at all! Some floors work some don’t but usually, when we got stay here we have to use our own data to browse internet. Not a good place for business travel. Otherwise the location and the room and the overall room cleanliness was good. Service was also good. Location is good too.

The room is just alright. Most of the things are good. Except I find that the towel is not clean enough, still has hairs on it.

Budget hotel with basic amenities. Deluxe room with window is quite small but overall it’s okay for only one night stay. No coffee and tea provided, no kettle but there’s water dispenser on every floor:

I think is a good hotel, maybe I’m not lucky enough, my 1st room with leaking aircond but able to change a new room, 2nd room problem with main switch. So the room’s light was blinking like a Christmas tree. It’s a very fancy hotel even the switch is by touch, the main reason of blinking light. Water heater not functioning well too.

Overall the room for one person is quite okay, also the toilet is quite spacious and transparent 😂 but i hate the smell of the room im so sorry hope the hotel management spray or put some fragrance in the room 🙂↔️ picture is not relatable

Arcadia is a plaza with supermarkets and restaurants, but the location of this suite is not good, so be careful. There are two bars on the first floor and a KTV on the second floor. It is too noisy to fall asleep. They sing until 2-3 o'clock every day, really every day! 360-degree surround sound, who is still singing in KTV in 2024?

Money really worth The hotel is nice and clean Very good location with many coffee shops, minimart just a few steps away Vegetarian food is easily available for vegetarian friends
