Hello! Thank you for the excellent service, especially the male receptionist—I can't recall his name, but he was very friendly and welcoming. I stayed for work purposes for four days, and it was comfortable. However, the parking area a bit small. As a woman who’s not used to driving, I found it a bit difficult to park in tight spaces. But I understand the location. Overall, it was comfortable, and I would recommend it to others. It’s within walking distance to the mall and MRT.

Budget hotel with basic amenities. Deluxe room with window is quite small but overall it’s okay for only one night stay. No coffee and tea provided, no kettle but there’s water dispenser on every floor:

I recently had a stay at KIP Hotel, and it was a basic but comfortable experience. Overall, KIP Hotel is a good choice for those seeking a no-frills, budget-friendly stay. It’s a practical and comfortable option for a quick stopover or a short trip.

Very nice hotel located at a very strategic location. Everything is near from here from cafe, street food stall, convenience store (7-11, KK Mart), a Mall is just beside it and even medical clinic. Once my mom got a very bad stomachache and thank god a clinic is just across the road open 24 hours very near.

Clean and tidy and comfortable

Arcadia is a plaza with supermarkets and restaurants, but the location of this suite is not good, so be careful. There are two bars on the first floor and a KTV on the second floor. It is too noisy to fall asleep. They sing until 2-3 o'clock every day, really every day! 360-degree surround sound, who is still singing in KTV in 2024?

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy. Thank you M Khaleel

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside about this hotel is their carpark, because they are not covered under the management. So I basically had to pay for every hour my car sits in there. One of the day I had to pay 19 ringgit and the cap price was only 12. Utterly ridiculous.

I have pleasant short stay experience at the mixx for three nights. The room is clean and comfort double bed had booked. There are delicious restaurant, banks nearby. It’s easy to access to metro stations.
