Overall the room for one person is quite okay, also the toilet is quite spacious and transparent 😂 but i hate the smell of the room im so sorry hope the hotel management spray or put some fragrance in the room 🙂↔️ picture is not relatable

Arcadia is a plaza with supermarkets and restaurants, but the location of this suite is not good, so be careful. There are two bars on the first floor and a KTV on the second floor. It is too noisy to fall asleep. They sing until 2-3 o'clock every day, really every day! 360-degree surround sound, who is still singing in KTV in 2024?

Online booking is not true. What we saw online it's not what we get. The house looks beautiful in the picture but when we go and open the house it's different one. We are Singapore we keep the country clean so what type of must we get . Beware of some humans like very clean even the furniture carpets utensils and etc etc. I'm afraid to book apartments online from now . What can you all do on this. You all jus take the money or we pay only half. After we view and stay the balance we pay on that 1st day if not the apartment cards can be seized by unable to use. Hope my idea can be relieved for others who wants the apartment very clean and classy.

HHappy PatronExtremely clean and neat. Location quiet, 500m from nearest metro, restaurants within walking distance, several Chinese restaurants, 24 hr. convenience stores (7-11, KK). There’s an elevator comfortable bed, TV with YouTube, hot water kettle, complimentary water bottles, water dispenser in hallway. Friendly staff, quick check in/check out process. Complimentary instant coffee, tea bags, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo ( no conditioner), body wash. Negatives: hot water not that hot, saw ants in bathroom.

EErwan MajeedArrived around 6pm and greet by the guy @ lobby counter. The check in was good as it all ready on the desk the guest name. Parking just in front of the hotel. No need to pay i think. Halal food can be found within walking distance. It was a good stay for us.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is comfortable but the bad thing is because the hotel is like a full dormitory, they make us stay after 10pm, we can't bring outsiders in.. More than 2 people have to add RM30 each! Ohh, do you really make money? How absurd is this hotel to a full dormitory? I feel like I don't feel comfortable ordering grabfood, it's like I don't have the courage because I already order grabfood because I'm afraid that the hotel will charge RM30 for each rider! Problem oooohhh! Everything else is okay, but if there are convenience stores, it's even better!
