Very nice loft. The location is good and the facility is cool. However, I wish that the unit has at least some mineral water. We had to boil the water ourselves because there’s no shop nearby

The air conditioning is good, clean, with a microwave and refrigerator, but the room is average in size, just right for one person, a bit crowded for two people, next to the road, the traffic noise is a bit impressive, there are no slippers, no convenience stores nearby, not that convenient, low cost performance.

The host is very friendly and welcoming. The room is very clean and simple. I just forgot to take a picture. I will go there next time.

Very good, will stay again next time

1. The electric curtains in the room kept getting stuck. Someone came to fix them once, but they got stuck again the next day. Eventually, I couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull them manually. 2. The room key card for the elevator kept demagnetizing. During my stay, I had to go to the front desk to renew it at least three times. 3. The hairdryer was placed in a very hard-to-find spot. 4. The pillows were too soft, causing me to wake up with a stiff neck. All these little issues made my stay very frustrating. I felt like I was constantly solving problems instead of getting proper rest. I won't be booking this Four Seasons hotel again.

The staff’s attention to detail was simply outstanding. One particular gesture touched us deeply: when they made up our room, they didn’t just tidy up—they noticed our phone charger, gently coiled it, and even secured it with a neat velcro tape holder embossed with the hotel’s name. Such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! 🪄🔌 It’s small things like this that leave a lasting impression and show the pride the hotel takes in caring for its guests. Every interaction with the staff was warm and genuine, the ambience was luxurious yet homely, and the service consistently exceeded our expectations. 💖 This is truly the hallmark of Mandarin Oriental’s world-class hospitality. We left with not only fond memories but also a strong desire to return. Thank you, Mandarin Oriental KL, for giving us such a memorable and heartwarming experience—we are beyond grateful! 🌟🙏
